I hardly ever write online reviews The reason I'm writing this one is because I think that Ed and Patty at True Pest Control truly deserve itThey're a true class act! I first hired Ed to treat for insects crawling through a foundation into a basement apartment in [redacted] The tenant at the time had a real bug phobia and Ed was really good at putting her mind at easeHis approach was definitely anti-alarmist and he didn't exaggerate the scope of the problemI never had another complaint from that tenant about bugs in her apartment and his price was very fair and reasonable Maybe a year or two later, I contacted him again about a potential bird mite infestation at another property where a tenant had found a a large bird's nest in the atticInstead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of bird mites and selling me some unnecessary and expensive treatment, he simply explained the facts about bird mites in the northeast and advised that I just simply get rid of the bird's nestThis past year I bought a three decker property in [redacted] where there was a bedbug infestation on two floors and a tenant from [redacted] in one of themInspectional Services [redacted] had already issued a standing order to treat for bedbugs on all three floors and in the basement and attic as wellAgain, Ed was great hereHe explained to the Health Inspector that there was no reason to treat all three apartments when only two had bedbugsHe also informed the inspector that there was no need to exterminate in the attic or basementThis saved me a lot of money and again he didn't take advantage of the situation for his own financial gain when he easily could haveHe was great dealing with the tenants, great dealing with the Health Inspectors, alway showed up on time (i always arrived later than Ed to the property), did what he promised to do and the building is now bedbug free thanks to EdThe price was more than reasonable and on every level Ed and Patty went above and beyond what I expected from themIf you're having insect problems, or looking for a new exterminator give them a call, you'll be very happy you did!

I had true pest control out to my house today because I was hearing scratching in my walls The man that came out to investigate and exterminate was exceptional! He put my fears of critters at ease and scheduled a time with me to follow up He was kind, efficient, and the rates are very reasonable I will definitely be using them to stay pro active in keeping the critters outside where they belong

I had a mouse problem at a building I manage in Wocester and called True Pest Control. They came promptly, were professional and treated the property effectively. They have market rates and were good to deal with. At a building I own, a good tenant brought bedbugs intot hte building, probably from one of her kids. True Pest was thorough and guaranteed their work. I recommend them. Mark **
