Business has provided the missing set of shutters and an additional set so we can fix the ones hung wrongThe business made one attempt to fix the dent by once again using a heat gun to melt the siding, it did not fix the dent it actually made it worseWe actually bought pieces of siding to have the dented piece replacedThe business kept saying they wanted to make it right and fix itDuring this time I also noticed a part of the siding that was not overlapped, and when it got really cold out you could see about a 1/inch gap exposing the plastic sheeting on the houseI let the business know about this piece alsoThe business has promised several times that some one would be outEach time it was a no call no show, and more empty promisesFinally just told the business I was sick of this and I will just get another company to come and fix the sidingI am not sure how much it is going to cost me, but I would rather pay someone else at this point to get True Quality out of my life and move on

trim around the entire house free of charge; and made sure you had gotten decorative power/water/light boxes installed for an enhanced look, we have given you a free Upgrade to a 50 year True Definition Designer shingle from O.C. free of charge, we gave you a free upgrade to Rhino Synthetic felt, free upgrade to House wrap where previously you had none, we have given THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of work for free, we did the 5” seamless gutters, and the layover both for FREE, but we didn't stop there! We even added vented soffit to match. You guys told us that the rain completely washed the paint off of the garage door which was farfetched besides I saw a hose and hose marks in the photos you sent me, we painted for free, your husband admitted to  me you washed the paint off after we worked hard and that you didn’t like the color. Plus, we got you $300 set of shutters where previously you had NONE not paying me or compensating me in any way for any extras or paying one minute cent of your deductible and I hung them myself, because the crew didn’t want to deal with it because typically we don't do things like shutters or paint we are a Roofing, Siding, and Gutter company. I feel you have taken advantage to get every possible in and out and tiny extra for me to get work that was guaranteed for my services of helping get the work approved by the Insurance Co. and notifying you of the damage and representing you. I want all of my customers to be happy no matter how difficult it can be to make a certain homeowner happy. We are willing to do what it takes to resolve this issue, we just feel that some appreciation is in order, especially since we were not told the truth about the paint being hosed down before but it was hidden, that is not the right way to treat someone your doing business with and would make anyone feel bad after how hard they worked.
