Arizona Professional Exteriors (which now I'm finding out is AKA True Quality I guess) was awful to work with. They were near impossible to get ahold of, lied to us about subcontractor work, do not have the proper ROC license. The ONLY reason we agreed to work with them is because they told us they are "parent company" with Cal Pro Roofing (which later we found out was a lie) and Cal Pro would be the ones doing our roof, we had heard great things about Cal Pro. Horrible communication between Arizona Professional Exteriors and Cal Pro. We had to call Cal Pro directly multiple times to get the job done. Arizona Professional Exteriors tried to use another subcontractor without telling us but luckily we found out because we were in contact with Cal Pro directly during the whole situation.

I finally had my new roof installed and can't tell you how happy we are. This crew did excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone.

We worked with J. They met with the insurance adjustor and finished our roof and fixed our gutters when they said they would. We had a great experience with them.

I had sustained a roof and interior water damage . Troy was here very quickly.my house and garage was fixed in two(2) days after the insurance was finalized. I will give a review after 2nd floor gets cleaned and repairs made.

We recently had our roof replaced and were impressed with the quality of work and materials used. The project had a good degree of complexity with a couple dormers needing work and the team were able to work with us and problem solve the most efficient reasonable and cost effective plan moving forward. I would definitely recommend this company.

I work 2 full time jobs and the respect that the company showed for my work schedule was appreciated. Chris informed me of every action, from delivery of products to completion. The crew that installed my roof are great to talk to. The finished quality is great, all the way to the clean up. The crew even took extra steps to clean up any nails lying around, for my heard of dogs. Great job.

This company was very easy to work with. Employees are always professional. Work is always done promptly and efficiently. We got a new roof and new siding for pennies and now have the nicest looking house on the block!
