Customer service is at a all time low. I have ordered online in the store. The lady in the store was rude during the process of my return. She acted as if me returning the pants was effecting her pay. She originally said that I would receive a gift card for my pants that I received. I was a bit upset about that but I just said "Ok". Next she asks me to slide the card that I used to make the payment. She was wrong about the process and she didn't even attempt to apologize about the inconvenience. This transaction took place November 12,2016 and I still haven't received my money from that return. I reached out to customer service by email and I never received a response from them. I decided to call the customer service representative number where it took me an hour just to get an answer. The guy that answered told me that I would have to contact corporate about my issue. I thought that was strange. I asked the CSR for the corporate number and he said he didn't even know that number. I'm not upset at the fact that he didn't know the number, i'm mad about him not putting forth the effort to find the number. I googled a corporate number and the voicemail is full. I cant believe this is how they treat people that spend their money with them. Other than the extremely poor customer service, they have good quality clothing at a very reasonable price.

I placed an order with the company online and submitted the payment via Paypal. When I tried processing a payment, I received an error message. I checked my email and no order confirmation was sent or anything. I checked my bank and nothing was charged. Therefore, I went back and placed my order again. I then received 2 email order confirmations and 2 charged on my account. I tried contacting True Religion via phone and I was on hold 35+ minutes and the call was disconnected. I called again , we do not have a way of doing it on our system. Management would be glad to help via phone." I requested for a call and she stated: " Karla C[redacted] 1:57 pm I am sorry for the inconvenience. We can only do inbound calls."
