Placed an order on 12-20-2020 and have not received an email confirmation, yet it has been posted to my credit card. I have tried to call the company as well as email them. When you call the company its just a busy signal and well the email no response.
Customer service is at a all time lowI have ordered online in the storeThe lady in the store was rude during the process of my returnShe acted as if me returning the pants was effecting her payShe originally said that I would receive a gift card for my pants that I receivedI was a bit upset about that but I just said "Ok"Next she asks me to slide the card that I used to make the paymentShe was wrong about the process and she didn't even attempt to apologize about the inconvenienceThis transaction took place November 12,and I still haven't received my money from that returnI reached out to customer service by email and I never received a response from themI decided to call the customer service representative number where it took me an hour just to get an answerThe guy that answered told me that I would have to contact corporate about my issueI thought that was strangeI asked the CSR for the corporate number and he said he didn't even know that numberI'm not upset at the fact that he didn't know the number, i'm mad about him not putting forth the effort to find the numberI googled a corporate number and the voicemail is fullI cant believe this is how they treat people that spend their money with themOther than the extremely poor customer service, they have good quality clothing at a very reasonable price
