True TV Movies

I totally disagree with the previous complaint. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Truetv, EVERY TIME ive ordered. Which is a lot! The only complaint I have is that they are TOO GOOD! And now Im totally addicted! Love all the movies, they are honest, customer service is above n beyond! And shipping is faster then Amazon! Love them! Cant say enough great things! Just thank you!

I ordered a Dvd and understand it was a straight to TV movie. I also understood that this meant that it would basically be a copy. I did not expect however, the sound to be tinny and wavering and the picture to be quite such bad quality. The case art was appalling. The blurb on the back is too blurry to read, the picture on the front has been done using the wrong layout so appears stretched. The guy I emailed was rude, unrepentant and basically said I had to return it out of my own pocket in order to get a refund for something that is definitely not as described. I have found his responses from other complainants online and he is dismissive and clearly thinks that his customers are idi**s who should expect to be ripped off. Watch yourselves before using this company!

After multiple emails of explaining to the customer about the quality and exactly what he would be receivingCustomer fails to communicate properly doesn't listen when he is told anything in a emailHe has been shown what he would be receiving and he continued to complain after receiving it causing us to refund his money and cut off ties with himWe have already refunded his two prior purchases and we will be sending back his money order that we received today November 17th In which he purchased on the 10th of November and then contacted you on Nov 11th Trying to demand us to refund his purchase in which we have both timesWhich is attached to this email.We have gone above and beyond to help this customer .Unfortunately we can no longer help this customer find what he is looking for I apologize he is emailing you and telling you we refuse to help him.He is very demanding and spiteful when he doesn't get something he wants his way.We pride ourselves on customer service and have never ever had a issue like thisI truly am sorry he contacted youI fear that this won't be the last time he contacts you like he has been doing to us since June.If you need any further information regarding the emails sent back and fourth between us and the customerI would be happy to send you all of them.Regards,True Tv Movies
