We had Alside windows installed by True Value Builders in the winter of The installation team was led by Mark M*** Mark took the lead on the installation of the windows including the exterior trim that surrounded the new window and protected the remaining frame of the old window Our exterior finish is irregular flagstone with deeply recessed mortar joints Mark had to trim the outer edge of the trim to fit the profile of the stonewall He was good and took the care to follow the irregular surface He did all this detail work from the inside, the windows being on the second floor and not easily accessible from outside He says it was easy and a skill that has been practiced in a variety of projects We have now ordered windows for the bottom story with confidence in the workmanship that Mark displayed in the earlier work

Dont work with this company; your contract value will keep going upNo one will show up, if someone does its normally an employee who is drunk or may have a police recordDont sign any check to these guys, its money going to a black hole

True Value Builders LLC is very professional. We had a lot of shingles blow off our roof during a wind storm.We called True Value Builders & talked to Jim. Jim was out the next day to tarp the roof and give us an estimate. Because of the cold, snowy weather it took 3 weeks to get the roof done. The tarp had come loose 3 times, we called Jim and he came out that day to retarp it. Finally we got a break in the weather and the roof was reshingled. Very professional, cleaned up after the job was complete. I would definitely recommend True Value Builders.
