Ordered a unit on 6/before 3pm EST, guaranteeing shipping that same dayEmail to notify me that the unit was shipped on 6/with tracking # includedUSPS states to wait 48hrs for updated tracking infoI check again on 6/and tracking still states that only a label had been preparedI contact TVH via chat on the site and I'm told Sebastian will contact me back, then told Dave handles the shippingWhen I called on 6/28, I was guaranteed that my package would be delivered to me by the weekend, although tracking info on USPS stated no item received only label preparedI contacted TVH multiple times on today to get some clarity on tracking, later on I'm told via chat that a refund is processed due to the shipping issueSo now I'm out of $300+ until the supposed refund hits my account and without a unitSadly, this has left me with a bad taste in my mouthI will not recommend or do business with you in the future

It's been a total of six day and I except the fact that I ordered right before the holidays but this is unacceptable I'm waiting for my shipment and they haven't event sent it to usps so I could receive it I want my money back ASAP this is unprofessional and utterly ridiculous if you don't have dependable people to get the job done why do they have a job at all !!!
