When I call Fitzgerald they informed me that the mfg only guarantees the furniture for yearand that there is no remediation
Sofa came with a screw in the side and now has a holeThey wants us to bring the sofa back down there for them to "look at it" without any promises
We bought two living room setsWe pick both upThe sofa on last set we picked up, upon removing plastic wrap had a 3-inch screw in the fabric on the side of the couchI called Routzahns this morning, she tells me that we will have to bring the sofa back down to the store for them to "look at it" but cannot guarantee anythingI honk this is awful service! We just bought $in furniture from these people and they want us to lug it back so they can look at it? Does a picture not work? It's not our fault that it had a screw imbedded in the fabric causing a holeI will never shop here againVery poor service! They are sugary sweet when they're getting your money but nasty when you get a defective price of furniture! Give me my money back Routzahns! Will never return to your store!!!!!
