July 26, 2017Complaint # To whom it may concern:The purpose of this letter is to address Ms [redacted] complaint against True Wireless, LLC (True Wireless) : “Ms [redacted] stated that she had applied for service and had submitted all the required documentation and that as of 6-26-she had not received her device from True Wireless”.Upon reviewing MsMary J [redacted] 's complaint I discovered that she in fact had placed an order on May 29th however to date we have not received any of the documentation required by [redacted] and [redacted] to process the orderUpon receiving this notification I contacted Ms [redacted] and asked her to please re send the documentation so that I can process the order right away but she refused and hanged up the phone.True Wireless apologizes for any inconvenience that Ms [redacted] may have experienced and will await to see if she changes her mind and sends the required information such as Picture ID, Proof of Benefits, and Proof of Address.If you have any further questions and/or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact meRegards,J [redacted] M
