Paid 35$ for an annual subscription. One of the things that made me decide to opt in was the "live chat" option. The live chat isn't live at all. It's just a way to send an email that take long periods of time for reply. The app LITERALLY doesn't work and I can't sync my bank account. I feel like I was robbed. I paid for services that havent been rendered

Complete Fraud!!! They charged me $312 for supposedly saving me $780on my cable bill however there are no savings on this bill!! I explicitly stated I didnt agree to it but they charged me for made up savings and refuse to assist me further!

I am a senior citizen and I am reporting that this company is running a scam operation on the internet called "Trans Union".
On May 31, 2020, I searched the web for the legitimate “ Trans Union “ credit reporting agency to get my annual free credit report. I got on a site called “Trans Union” that I believed to be THE legitimate Credit Reporting agency. It was not. It was a company disguised as “Trans Union”. It is really a company called “True Bill”. Unfortunately, I signed up and gave them all of my private information including social security number, date of birth and address etc. They also asked for credit card information, which I gave because I thought they would need it if I had to pay for my credit report. It was confusing to me. I did not read all of the stuff on the site because I felt I could trust them. I later saw on my credit card activity, a charge for $24.95 from “Trans Union”.
After I realized it was not the legitimate “Trans Union” website, I tried to contact someone. There is no one to contact. No phone number, no address. There was a link on the site to cancel subscription, which I did. I sent them an email to cancel and refund the money. I received an email back stating they “have no active subscription”. I asked for a refund and they ignored me.
True Bill is located on Jessie Street in San Fransisco, CA. Google the address and owners.

The website is deceitful in that customers feel secure they are on a site that is trusted – the real “Trans Union”. This is a scam and it needs to be shut down. Please investigate and help me get my money back.

Total Scam Company,
Do not opt into the bill negotiation they will lie to you saying that they lowered your bill when in reality have done nothing and it is impossible to argue the fact. They will take there money regardless from your account and if you don’t pay them your still stuck paying the monthly subscription. Stay far away from this company. Read the other reviews they all say the same thing.
