Review: I purchased a number of TrueBlue TB-72-El Bluetooth to sell at our retail locations. None of the Bluetooths sold worked and were returned to our locations for a refund from our customers. I have attempted to contact TrueBlue via email, website, and phone and received no response from them. Their Bluetooths have a one year limited warranty; yet I am unable to get a hold of the company to use the warranty.Desired Settlement: I do not wish to replace any of these Bluetooths since none of them work and I no longer am comfortable with selling these to any of our customers because of their inferior quality. I want a full refund for the items purchased. I purchased 32 Bluetooths at about $4.00 each. Therefore, the total comes out to approximately $128.00.
