they are such a scam, you can never contact them, you are basically left on your own to build your credit I haven't made it past tier one... it has been well over a year ... its one excuse after another... please stay away from this company!

I was promised that I would be able to get 50k in credit in 3 months. So I have been with them since 3/17 and not even a net 30 account. I have built my business credit myself and have over 18 trade lines on it due to ME. NOT TRue build Credit. I have been trying to call them and left many voicemail's with no response at all. I did everything they have asked of me and paid for everything they asked me to.I just want a refund, this is a big scam, once they get your money in full, good luck! The chase is on! Stay away its all lies and BS.

This company is a big scam and a waste of money. After they get there money from you no more contact from them. I have been sending E-mails to member support for 2 weeks with no response back. I have E-mailed her manager and the same thing no response from her to. I have E-mail customer support same thing no repose from them. I have called left message no call back. No one every answers the phone. I have call every 30 min for a whole day.

The vendor accounts they want you to use in round one are outdated. Most do not even report anymore. I have more updated info on free business credit boards.

I highly recommend TrueBuild to any nonprofit organization that is trying to build their organizations credit. Because of the unpredictability of cash flow when dealing with nonprofits creditors are slow at building credit versus when dealing with regular business entities. Review: This company guarantees to get you access to business lines of credit and funds if you follow their steps. However, they were deceptive. I continuously received different instructions from different representatives (even though I was to only work with one person). Their turn over rate for their employees was obviously high because every time I messaged the rep working on my case, it went unanswered until I was assigned someone new. Their instruction materials were not accurate, nor their instructions and after doing what I was instructed to do for months, and not having gotten anywhere, I asked for a refund...which they guaranteed on their website. They would not process a refund, instead kept trying to offer me thing I was not interested in. Then they gave me the run around always saying that the owner was not available every time I called or emailed. Then they tried to prolong their time to respond to me, but after seeing that I was serious and would not give up they told me that even though their reps had messed up and caused me to not get what they promised me, they would not refund. They told me to stop making purchases because they messed up my account then refused to refund because I stopped making purchases, when I showed them proof of all of their different reps instructions, which I followed (that weren't even the same by the next week), then all they could do was apologize for their reps giving me the wrong information and letting me know that those reps had been fired. But they were still stating, that I didn't follow instructions so they weren't responsible (again, even though I followed the reps instructions, because they weren't the right instructions, I was being held accountable)This company operates like a scam and they do not keep their word. After they take your money, you're pretty much on your own to build your business credit. I spent over hundreds of dollars following their instructions to build my business credit and none of it even counted.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I requested a refund for months and always received a new "option" instead until they finally flat out refused to give me one. Their guarantee is a lie. It's only on the website to make customers give trust that they shouldn't give to this company. I'm not even seeking reimbursement for the hundreds of dollars they told me to spend (which wasn't even counted because of their reps inaccurate instructions). I only request a full refund for their service!

I did take a look at the file

and I do see there were a few technicians working on the file, we all work as a

team here and all partake in building client files so our clients succeed. The

accounts that were sent over to you did report to your credit file, and you do

have trades on your reports. When you spoke to your technician on 6/3/15

you told her you were excited about moving forward and the two of you pulled up

your files to move you to the next part of the program. When your files

were pulled up, your technician found late payments on your credit files.

Our program works for so many business’s out there, however in order for our

program to work bills must be paid. After that initial dispute was done, your

technician continued to follow up with you every couple of weeks leaving

voicemails for you along with emails trying to reach you to let you know that

more disputes were being done by us. After 4 months of no contact the file was

archived and contact from us did stop.

I am sorry that you feel that

our instructions were not precise because we most definitely do not want you to

feel that way! We are here for you! We always say that phone communication may

be a better way to communicate if things are confusing, because a lot of things

Review: Originally I was told by salesperson Justine I would receive funding for my corporations in 6 months. Additionally I received 2 of the same emails from other salespeople telling me that I could get funding in 4 months. search in the extremely short time you have been a client there are 117 emails,

I do not have the information in front of me in regards to the numbers of VM's

and conversations with our support staff and your technician, but I can make an

educated assumption that it is rather exorbitant.

Let's try

to help you better understand and straighten out your issues. Firstly I am told

that you may have come to us with the premise of getting money as an investment

and were not an active business and did not plan on being one. Maybe I am

incorrect about this, but with that said, we are a reality based program and

It seems

you may be under the assumption that building business credit is a sort of get

rich quick way to get a hold of money, I assure you that we have done this more

THE most crucial aspect of starting or growing a business.

Now to

your situation, firstly you may be completely confused as to what

very clear based upon your call when you signed up, but there still seems to be

some misunderstanding. Business credit

is any and all credit extensions to a business from another business. B2B credit is actually larger than personal

credit and it takes on MANY forms. In

your particular situation the first two months were spent just getting a

corporation set up and an address, etc. That is an absolute requirement. No

one, even the most basic vendors that report to the bureaus will extend credit

to a "business" that is not a "business." So there were more

calls and emails than I can count here that seem to be related to that basic

fact to even get started. And then more

work and fielding of information to that end for something that, to be honest,

is not that complicated.

SO to that

end there are three primary business credit bureaus, luckily for all of us that

most all the content in relation to DNB, Experian Business, and Equifax

Business on the internet has come from us internally over the past decade. BUT

Experian specifically if you want to do it right takes a little longer,

they have no "pay to play" like DNB and are actually about 15 times

more important than DNB so it looks as though there is work that has been and

is being done to that end. You have the prerequisite PayDex score from DNB etc

and are along your way and into what seems to be the second of seven tiers that

you will be working through.

You have

to really understand something, from the immigrant worker with no social to the

struggling corporation that has 150 employees and wants to get his PG off of

everything to run a tighter operation with capital, we have successfully helped

them all. This is not, never will be a get quick money or rich solution. It IS

however the fastest most thorough way for a business to get access to money which

would take about 5-7 years but condenses that down to a timeline that many of

us can be realistic and work with.

We look

forward to continuing down your road to success and hopefully we can together

get our feet more firmly planted on the ground, if we cannot build business

credit the fastest way possible than there is simply no one that can and to

that end you have to calm down a bit and let the process work. Most of all, weekly or contact every few days

about progress is great, but "when do I get my money" is wasting our

time and yours at this point. Do the next step and your business will succeed. I do hope that you plan to use the money and

credit for your new business and are successful! There has already

been a LOT of time and money with your service agreement wasted, let's work

together to be more efficient so as to not waste any more. I run a small business myself and it's a

We are flippers and have our own LLC company. We signed up with TruBuild to help us get Dunn & Bradstreet set up and establish credit under our business name. We did not have a lot of money and they worked with us and set up a Vistaprint Web. We used credit accounts TruBuild helped us set up. We bought a house, fixed it and sold the house. While doing this I was also dealing with a partner that did not believe this would work. I used little bits of money out of our fixed income. Over the 1+ year's we slowly but surely set up the 10-12 different accounts and bought items here and there. We got a Dunn and Bradstreet rating of 87 and had D&B reports that covered over a year in business. Then we were finally able to apply for a Master Card!. These are the the fewest problems I got with the site. The customer service is horrific.

If you call two people a team then I guess this company is correct in advertising but I did not have any conversations with accountants or industry leaders. There are several other companies that build business credit.

This is absolutely false. I received no reports of any kind in the months I've been trying to work this project. As a matter of fact, the company asked ME to send THEM a copy of my D&B report. The two "credit experts" I dealt with were far from professional.

Additionally, you don't have to buy anything from D&B. The vendors you purchase things from automatically send reports to D&B and other business credit reporting companies. TrueBuild tried to make me believe they were going to provide some special report only they knew how to make.

The sentence number 10 is completely false. I am locked at level three and can not utilize anything thus far. As mentioned, Strategic Stairs Corporation was founded in 2007. I've already done the steps they have me locked at about 6 years ago.

In closing, I asked for a refund. TrueBuild declined my request citing numerous steps and compliance issues I supposedly have.

I also asked to communicate only via email. I explained that I am a disabled Veteran and have memory problems. At that point, "Stephanie" transferred my file to "[redacted]". [redacted] tried contacting me with my personal email address, which I feel is extremely unprofessional. I promptly wrote back and requested that our business remain exclusively via business email.

At this point, I just want a full refund and be completely done with this company.

Please rid me of this headache by enforcing my request for refund. If this route is unsuccessful, I will be forced to pursue other negative action against TrueBuild.

P.S. I've also submitted the the last correspondence of one particular email to/from TrueBuild as follows:

You signed up for our services online. As adamant as you are about the information on our website, you would have seen that the steps and layers are locked and it indicates you need to consult with your credit technician to proceed. So I apologize if you thought our program came as a packet of information because it doesn’t. We have been in operation for over a decade and have put over 20,000 businesses successfully through it. We are the leader in the industry and stand by our expertise.

Because you insist on emailing only, I believe there may be some obvious difficulty in feeling satisfied with any service by conducting it solely by email. Review: When I signed up with service, I was grossly lied to about the services offered. When I called the company back, after paying, I was told my salesperson no longer worked there. The person I was then in contact with, told me completely different information than I was told when I signed up for the product. When I questioned them, they said in basic terms, too bad. I asked for a refund and was told no. The real deal. I've been a part of many credit building programs for years and True Build Credit is the only service that has produced results quickly. I was a bit skeptical at first, but [redacted] and [redacted] really knew what they were doing and how to rebuild my business credit and improve my FICO score. This business claims to be the innovators of building business credit and so far, they've proven it, so I thought I'd leave them a well-earned review. Review: After 6 months of subscribing with this company I have receiv** nothing.

I've had 3 different "technicians" assign** to me during this period of which 2 left the company without there being any advice given to me that they had gone.

Hello [redacted] as you are aware this had been dealt with and despite the inaccuracies posted here and elsewhere your refund had already been approved as you had understood that the only reason for your company's failure to proceed with the program was your unwillingness to adhere to US laws regarding creating a business, specifically getting an EIN number. As stated in so many places you cannot build business credit without it so to post a complaint considering you are aware of these facts is very disappointing. Below is our previous conversation you are aware of and again your refund is in queue to be done but at this point we will now need to get this resolved amicably also.

Here is the response you are aware of in addition to the 27 emails and calls asking that you get the required EIN number taken care of. Again we are offering a courtesy refund per this last e-mail you received the previous business day, that is going way over and above the norm but it can take a few days.

This was sent on Friday. We like most companies in the US do not work on Sat and Sun, it is now Monday. You request** that we send a PayPal as you seemed in an extreme hurry to get a refund immediately instead of a check which was also replied to and we were going to also bend over backwards to accommodate.

benefit of the doubt and just give you a refund because you at least admitted

some of this was your fault. Like you, we

don’t want to be taken advantage of. But, as a business, we will err on the

side of our customer.

As the transaction was I think over 6 months ago a return to

your CC may not be possible as that is how Visa/MC work. Let me see about

getting you a credit somehow and hopefully not have to send a check of $700

which is what I think we should both feel comfortable with. With that I can

only imagine how many hundreds we are losing but in the end that is the cost of

doing business if a client is not happy sometimes and like ** pointed out,

mentioned that you had admitted it was a two sided failure. Sad for both of us

as I have never let a client NOT get their services that they fully paid for

This was the previous answer to the complaint you were aware of and accept** responsibility for being the only company in our programs history to ever not get an EIN that takes less than 30 seconds to do and is absolutely requir** to open any credit accounts.

"Your complaint consisted of a demand for a refund and complaints

about “wasted time”. Certainly some time has been wasted, however that is a

result of the failure to comply on your end. You see sir we have absolute

requirements since we are a reality based program. As an example only a fool

would think they could build personal credit if they were unable or unwilling

to use a social security number. Since 9/11 here in the United States all

corporations must have a proper EIN number. I see tons of very competent advice

getting nowhere to deal with this simple 5 minute item. If you are not a US citizen

then you must get an ITIN number to obtain an EIN number for a corporation. It

is baffling that you are screaming scam when this is a requirement, your

initial sign up clearly states that and our terms are set in stone. It is not

possible as has been stated so many times in the notes that it seems simply

ridiculous to be honest sir.

We build credit for corporations, and we are the largest in the

country at doing so. Since you have been a member, literally thousands of US

corporations have obtained tens of thousands in credit. In order to be a

legitimate business, open a bank account, or open the most insanely small

starter credit accounts with simple vendors to get started you will ne*ed to get

an EIN. This was reiterated so many times, as I have read, that it is baffling.

How can you call something a scam when you are the only one that I know of in

12 years that won’t do the most basic thing and that is to obtain an EIN number

and the very number that the credit will be built under? That is like screaming

scam because a US mortgage company won’t approve a loan without a social

security number. It’s not up for debate. It cannot be done period. From what I

can see, so much time has been spent trying to help this basic premise get done

and find ways to “get around” starting a legitimate business that it behooves

us as the company you paid. You got our program for about half price, it has

wasted more time and resources than you paid for. We are the best at what we

do, there is no question. We have had a few complaints and when we are wrong

there is literally nothing more important to me as an owner than to get the

bottom of it and fix whatever that is. But in this case, just flying off the

handle about our program being an e-book is simply incorrect. You can’t call

and e-mail an e-book over 20 times and get prompt and professionally courteous

responses every time. You’re basing your opinion on a program with which you

have not complied with the requirements so I am at a total loss? Have your

support people not had this conversation 15+ times and the representative that

signed you up had clear notes that as an international client you were clear

that there is no way to “get around” being a legitimate US company to expect

legitimate US business credit?

I am sorry you are upset, as

a business owner so am I. I can only imagine how much it has cost me to pay

hourly and highly trained employees to have support conversations about

something that should have been done in the first 5 minutes. There is simply no

way to “scam” the system and not get an EIN as you are requesting. That is all

I see here so far. Please let me know if I am missing something and if you have

the required EIN and are in ne** of assistance. I assure you that our

technicians are the best there are, many of them I have train** myself. Please

let me know ASAP why we cannot get this done.

I can formally reply to your complaint but I felt it important

to reply ASAP as I have never in 12 years seen something so simple be a

problem. It is not an option to build business credit without a business and it

is not a real business without an EIN and corporation in place. It is a simple

black and white issue. Let’s get it resolv** together ASAP!

On a quick search of the account this company has literally

spent 6 months to get incorporated and still has not set up a simple website

and phone number. I am completely confused as these are all insanely simple

things that are supposed to be done in the first 72 hours. All I see is tons of

e-mails complaining and nothing real done. I don’t understand, did you want one

of our employees to put your company in their name to obtain an EIN? All of

these required items have never been a problem for tens of thousands of

companies no matter how small or how limited their start up budget.

If you hired one of the best attorneys to work for you and

didn’t give him what he needs to fight your case like something as simple as a

case number, then sent him 30+ emails, 15 calls saying he was scamming you, yet

didn’t give him the required and simple information to do anything about it,

how does that make any sense? I’m at a loss. We have to use some common sense

here sir. I see nothing but e-mails screaming and nice professional

replies asking you to do something no one has ever had an issue doing. I

can tell you that we take each and every one of our client’s success very

seriously and now that you’re under my watch and have my attention I can assure

you that there will be no more time wasting on your part or ours to that end"

I have review** the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However in accepting the resolution I am NOt accepting the assertions made by the company about me, as some of them are incorrect.

I have received a partial refund from the company are consider the matter now settled.
