TrueCare24 Is difficult to use: I noticed The prices for providers change after I said I wanted a provider. TrueCare charged me for a background check but then I don’t know where it is to read it. It wasn’t sent to me. The app is difficult to Figure out I got stuck on a screen and then couldn’t set up services. And communication are difficult with TrueCare24 staff to help me figure it out. Lastly it was difficult to talk to matched provider. You had to route all communication through TrueCare24

Horrible. Didn't hire anyone because the only people they referred to me live across Atlanta. An hour + away for a 4 hour job. I only need an adult with some medical knowledge, English as 1st language. That's it. Apparently they have a problem with these requirements. Nt 1 but 2 of the admin are emailing and texting 5-8 times a day every day. This is harassment. An upfront fee. Still waiting on refund. Their website list several in my area but mysteriously none are available. This is a shandy company. They have created MUCH STRESS. Hiring a home help person is usually easy but this company is stressing me out.

I think this is a great company, for me to be to help people , and get compensated that's a double Blessing.

I am a provider. I am very pleased with how fast and easy it is to find a client and work as independent contractor/provider. The invoice/ payment process is quick and easy. As a provider with truecare24 makes it easy to work as a independent contractor . I am looking forward to a long working relationship.

Iam a provider for truecare24 and I think it’s absolutely the best thing they’ve made yet I can work for myself as a private contractor but yet still have a wonderful team of nurses and etc behind me I would recommend to providers as well as anyone seeking care!

They are very curtious call back in a timely manner very polite

First, the young lady quit during our move and left me with my elderly mother to pack the rest of her things and move them and her to the next location. I asked about paying her and when they finally sent the bill, it was incorrect. It took about 3 months for them to correct it.
Then, they referred a second person and this is when I found out that the person they referred had been with the company only 4 days. She was asking me questions because she said she didn't know about the company. She said she found out about the job, caring for the elderly on Craigslist!? I was shocked. She showed me the ad on Craigslist that she had answered. I asked the company in several emails how they hired their employees, and they were evasive, adding that the woman was a "new" "recent" hire and should not have been asking me questions about their company.
I decided to give the company another try and asked the contact person, *** if she had any referrals? I did not receive a response from her, only a call from ***, the employee that had quit. Again, she began to rant and rave, lying about how she had worked and was never interviewed. etc.
I just hung up and tried to call Truecare 24 but reached Ms. answering machine. Since I have been typing this complaint, *** has continued to harass me via text msg on my cell phone.
I don't know if they are a legitimate company, at this point. And, even if they are, I don't think hiring caregivers for the elderly through Craigslist is a proper way to find individuals. I think ***'s behavior speaks volumes about the type of people they are hiring. Also, it was very unfair for them to refer, for the second time someone that I had already explained acted very unprofessionally by quitting in the middle of moving and then refusing to leave our home. As a matter of fact, once I opened the door to indicate that she needed to leave, she stood in the doorway yelling and acting very rude and unprofessional, which could be heard throughout the entire complex.
And, today they refer that same lady that I had previously complained about, to us again?

Terrible company. Still waiting for a replacement that they state their fees cover. That was Thursday and it is now Sunday. No return calls and the voicemail is full

I'm a new care provider for TrueCare24 and am very please with my client and the True Care staff. Everything is threw email, text messages with a few phone call when necessary. But I'm am looking forward to a long relationship with True Care 24.

It’s a great company to work for, you make your own schedule. There’s always someone that you can contact in emergency and non emergency situations.

Very helpful matchinng you with right clients

I was surprised at how easy it was to use Truecare24 for billing invoices and getting the money deposited in my account within 24-48 hours of them being paid by my client.
I also like working as an independent contractor with my client for many reasons. One being I communicate directly with the IDT teams making it very easy to carry out a the care plans for my clients. I can work directly with my families and the healthcare teams to provide the best care possible without going through home health agencies that have a lot of regulations that are governed by state and federal agencies.
The services provided by Truecare24 also allows clients to pay higher wages to their caregivers because they're not paying a huge fee to a home health agency.
I would definitely recommend Truecare24 to caregivers and families in need of caregivers.

I love TrueCare24! The platform is easy to use, they provide all the information on the client, making it easy to reach out and update the system.

Thank you for your kind words.

Our success with Trucare24 has been limited. Overall the main frustration with this service is that once you get a referral you have to connect to them via a seperate phone # Trucar24 provides. They normally do not answer and then Trucar24 does not allow us to leave a voicemail at times so we have to resort to sending a message via the portal and hope the client referral received it. We are still using this service to see if things will improve.
