On November 4, 2016, Ms. [redacted] withdrew her IRA and transferred the account to [redacted] Federal Credit Union. After the...

transfer of the IRA, her account did not meet our account balance requirement and therefore on December 31, 2016 she received a Low Balance fee of $5.00 as stated in our disclosure and fee policy. This left Ms. [redacted]'s account with a 2.08 balance. Ms. [redacted] did not make any further deposits and therefore her account received another Low Balance fee of $5.00 on January 31, 2017 thus debiting her account for the remaining balance of $2.08. Consequently, this account was closed on December 21, 2017 for inactivity. TrueCore FCU is a financial cooperative. As with all cooperatives, member activity is required for our future sustainability. Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] choose not to be an active member of the cooperative thus requiring us to institute our low balance fee which is waived if the member has direct deposit or any financial activity resulting in transactions of $250.00 per month.
