I called on the 24th of may and spoke with James *** about adding a rental truck to my policy for days 25th of May to the 03rd of June, he said he would take care of thatNow over months they sent my an email that I need to pay $2,for having this truck on my policy, when I clearly asked James if they had any additional fees for adding a rental truck for days he said noNow they want to cancel my policy if I don't pay them this amount, this charge was never explained to me I had no idea they were going to charge me this additional feeI need a manager someone higher up to contact me so we can solve this problem
