Truesdail Roofing

Review: Truesdail roofing was hired to replace a roof on rental property located in North East PA. Shortly after the new roof was installed a large section of the celing in one bedroom collapsed due to water pooling on the roof. The water damage to the inside of the room includes an outer wall and floor, there is mold and mushrooms growing in the room and the floor is rotted. The roof continues to leak in several locations. Payment has been made in full for the new roof which is leaking worse now than it was prior to the repairs. Mr. T[redacted] was contacted several times in regards to the issue, due to winter weather (roof replaced in November 2014) he put a tarp over the roof to help with the leaking until the weather broke. After the tarp was put on he said he was going to put heating strips on the roof but, never returned. When I called him to follow up on the repairs he informed me that he was not returning and will no longer accept my calls.Desired Settlement: Provide a roof that is free from leaks and repair the interior damage caused from the faulty roof. Or provide a full refund.
