Ms*** *** is due no refund in this situationThe late Mr*** *** account was only charge for days in the month of MayMr*** passed away in our home under the care of HospiceHospice had taken over the care of Mr
*** back in JanuaryIn Mr*** final days he was given the option to move to the Hospice house, however he choose to stay in our facility which he called home.
Once Mr*** passed it required several days for Ms*** to pick up his personal belongings and Hospice to pick up their equipment, this was actually completed on May 18, Again his account was only charged for days
