Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I did receive the 2nd refundThank you for your assistanceI'm relieved I did obtain refunds, but am still very upset with what they did Living on such a limited income is extremely difficult, and when something like this happens, it puts into motion all kinds of other issuesBecause of their unauthorized charges, my rent check was going to bounceBecause I couldn't make my scheduled payment, my doctor refused to see meI was able to borrow money from a friend to cover my rent, but because I was overdrawn, I couldn't get any money out for the bus fare(This is no exaggeration), I had to walk miles, in the rain, down a difficult and dangerous road to get to the bank to deposit my friend's checkI am disabled and that walk, was not only difficult, now he arch of my right foot is collapsingThere were many difficulties and some injuriesFor the sake of time, I'm not listing all but I would like you to understand a little bit, and please feel free to impress upon these companies, "It's not just a small inconvience they are causing!", "This is real damage, real pain, and real turmoil they are causing!" I have read what the customer has to say and I sympathize with her and have issued a full refund It should post to her account within 3-business days
