Hello *** I received this notice of a complaint against our company, the complaint seems to be a person who was not satisfied with the taste of our products and is unhappy.While we regret to hear that someone is unhappy with our products, what we find more disturbing is the blatant accusations
that we are a fraudulent company is unjust and unfounded. She make claims to a Youtube video that we have nothing to do with in her decision to buy our productsWe did not pay or ask for any of those videos to be postedWe also state very clearly in our Terms and condition and refund policy that our products are for novelty use onlyWe also state on our website that we are not responsible for individual taste as everyone has different taste and different equipment that can also alter the taste. I am unsure of what this complaint is really about but here is our response to what she has stated.Thanks***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This company can say they have nothing to do with the making of this video and that the taste are in the eyes of the beholder, but yes, I not only state they are a fraudulent company preying on people like myself looking for a legal alternative to cannabis, I guarantee it! I am not a woman by the way either. I have been on a quest to find a legal alternative to a cannabis taste and there are some companies that at least are making an honest attempt that have a sage like taste or piney taste even though they miss the mark as well. The three flavors I tried (recommended by the video I mentioned and certainly one they support and have no problem ripping people off with) wasn't even an attempt. One literally tasted like soap, the green crack has freaking menthol flavoring in it and the other was like cotton candy. They have a no return policy because they know they are ripping people off. You only need to go to the sites that discuss these products to find several more dissatisfied customers, but go to their website and they still make claims of producing cannabis like flavors. 18 or 19 in all supposedly. If they really cared about trying to please the customer they would welcome a person like myself to try and get this taste right. Instead, you want to deny any wrong doing and hide behind your no return policy and that these are meant to be novelty products. If that were true, you would state that these products are not meant to taste like cannabis, but instead, they do just the opposite. A rip-off company to the max. They may sell other products like vape pens, pipes, etc. that are legit, but the flavors that claim to be cannabis, kush, ganja, etc. are a total rip-off and if proper investigation were done, that would be proven without a doubt. I stand by my statement and will have to trust that if the Revdex.com cannot do anything to stop them, God will revenge me in the end hopefully. They have no shame and are only trying to look good to the Revdex.com. I was basically laughed at when I called to complain. Not told I need to steep the juice or they would send something more along the lines of what I am looking for or anything close to trying to satisfy me. After having no one answer through many attempts, when I did get on the phone, it was obvious the person I talked to was well aware of the situation and had no intention of helping me other than helping himself to my money and I am sure the money of many thousands of other people like myself that have had a similar experience. I am confident that this scam is a major income source to them and they ultimately, have no morals overall and to act like they are innocent is a joke!

We also state very clearly in our Terms and condition and refund policy that our products are for novelty use only.
