I spoke with [redacted] on 08/25/2014 (See notes below). We did not charge her for the service rendered on 08/08/2014. Customer expected treatment both inside and outside. According to the customer, only the inside service was done. [redacted] was satisfied with the...
resolution and stated she would contact us back in the future.
we contacted the customer and the billing of invoices will stop.....his charges were reversed and he owes no money to Truly Nolenthank you
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I was stood up 4 times for a made appointment...Last mess up I was told I would hear from management which never happened...In the process of waiting over a week for Tech to show up my spouse was sent to hospital for Mite Bites all over his body....Do Not Use This Company!!.....Ended up using Terminix and it was a pleasure...Appt kept and on time...Although my spouse had to be hospitalized we still had the Apartment eradicated of pests...Never received a call or an apology...Lawsuit may ensue.

Lewis [redacted] purchased a pest
control agreement from the Truly Nolen
website on July 14, 2013. At the time of purchase, our
online representative
advised that the cost of his initial service would be 187.32. Since Mr.
[redacted] requested a monthly pay plan his down
payme nt
was $111.32
with monthly payments of $38.00.
Mr.[redacted] accepted
our service agreement
with the understanding that light
to medium scorpion infestations were
covered under the agreement. We completed our intensive service on his
residence on July 15, 2013 . We
were called back to his home twice
for scorpion issues. Af
te r the
second callback for scorpions ,our technician told Mr. [redacted] that
his issues with scorpions went beyond the scope of his current agreement and we could
upgrade his account
to include an extreme and or challenging se
rv ice
which would provide a more aggressive approach to gain control of the scorpion infestation. Mr. [redacted] declined this offer
and requested his agreement be terminated.
Our branch terminate d this agreement on November 4, 2013. The administrator of the
branch contacted Mr. [redacted] and explained that he had a 38.00 credit on his
account and we would be crediting his credit card
in that amount. Mr. [redacted] seemed not
to have a problem
with the amount being refunded and we were
not aware of his dissatisfaction regarding his charges until this compla int was filed.
We are contacting Mr. [redacted] to advise that we
will be
returning the
full $187.32 he
previously paid for the intensive service on his residence. We stand by our money back
guarantee that our
customers will be
satisfied with our service.
