I didn't have any option besides that, that's the reason why we waited for a week because Edgar needs to order it.. then, in my surprised U guys gave me the wrong items. And I believe this is neither my fault.. the reason why I didn't show up for the return was because I placed a complaint regarding this matter. And after 3 weeks of waiting for a response from u, still u left me without any choice.. Yes u were running ur business for 30 years but it doesn't mean that u were playing fair to all ur customers, who knows I'm not the only one having this kind of issue. All I want is to have the right rims that was written on my receipt stating that I purchased the chrome ones not the one u put on my car. Don't put us on the side on which we are the ones who created this problem. Your employee Edgar was the one who quoted and received the payment from us. Now till I have the right chrome rims I will use the wrong ones that u installed. Let's just end this in peace I'm not here to play games to anyone coz I put my own hard work money on it knowing going to ur store will resolve my issues on my tires. Me and my family deserved to have a safe transportation. It wouldn't hurt to just give me what I supposed to have. Thanks!

So I will start by saying that we were not rude and arrogant to either [redacted] or [redacted] while they were in my store. The day they came in they were helped out by Edgar who showed them several wheels while they were in the store. They decided that the [redacted] in chrome was the wheel that they...

wanted. This is where things shifted because when Edgar gave them the price they said either that was too much or just more than they wished to spend, I wasn't in on that conversation but according to Edgar it was basically stated that the chrome [redacted] was too exspensive. Edgar then offered up the same wheel ([redacted]) but in a silver finish instead of the chrome which would be cheaper. They both agreed to go with the [redacted] in silver.Edgar quoted them $1l20.00 for the silver wheels and that price included installation. Remember they both knew the purchase price of the more expensive chrome wheels quoted in the beginning so they had to know that the $1120.00 price was NOT for chrome, Edgar's invoice did say chrome and that was his mistake but both parties agreed on silver.They did set there appointment up for 1:30 and he was here at 1:30 and we had every intension to get him in at 1:30 but we could not start his until the car in front of him was finished. We do everything by appointment and for the most part we are good to our time slots but we had some issues and got him in as soon as We Could. Once his car was pulled in we had him ready to go very quickly, maybe 30 to 40 minutes after hê walke d back in Cour Store.After the Car Was finished we pulled it in front of the store and proceeded to check him out, Mr. [redacted] informed us that he had been given the wrong wheels. Edgar was off that day and couldn't be reached. did look at the invoice at that time and noticed that it did say chrome but the price didn't line up. Mr. [redacted] was in a hurry to leave which fully understood so we billed him out and sent him on his way. John informed Mr. [redacted] that we would call him after we spoke to Edgar so we could find out what was going on. We did not rush Mr. [redacted] out of the store like we didn't care...... He waš in a hurry ånd yes We made him pay the bill because who am I to say they would come back.lf remember correctly Mr. [redacted] got me on the phone the next day and let's just say he was very rude and threatened a lawyer on me and that's when I said I was done talking to him. Remember, this was not his car and he didn't pay for the wheels so the issue was not between myself and Mr. [redacted]. Long story short after Edgar was able to speak with Mrs. [redacted] she admitted to Edgar that she remembered the Conversation about the chrome price and the silver price and agreed to take the silver. This conversation was not recorded so it's Edgar's word against her's but what Edgar ordered does match up to the price they were charged.I did give them two options and the first was to pay the difference from silver to chrome and I would order them and swap them out with no labor charge, The second option was for me to remove the wheels and re-install the wheels the car came in with and give them a FULL REFUND. believe she told Edgar she would get back with him and she did....., She said she wanted them off and a full refund given to her. I told Edgar to set up an appointment to remove the wheels which he did and to this day they have never showed up.WE have been here in Woodbridge for 30 years and you don't hang around that long by treating customers in a bad way. We do make mistakes and the only mistake made here was to put chrome on the invoice instead of silver. Chrone was talked about most of the time and that got put on the invoice but these two knew what they were paying for. I'm not sure what kind of lesson you are trying to teach me, we offered you a FULL refund. I think the problem here is that you want me to give you chrome wheels that you didn't want to spend the money on for the price of silver wheels. That's not going to happen and if you really didn't like the silver wheels you would have been back in here to have them taken Off.In conclusion We did not give you the wrong wheels, you got what you paid for and agreed on. These wheels are yours now and I'm not interested in taking them off now, a month later. I'm a straight up guy and offered you a full refund knowing what really had happened. Your bad experience came from trying to get over on us by using Edgar's mistake to your gain.....,
