To put it bluntly, they took our money and ranWe paid $for the annual service, and were promised visits until our mouse problem was resolved and then regular follow up from thereThey came for mins and set traps, plugged some holes, and said they would come back but never didI called Steve McLaurin from the San Marcos office FOUR TIMES over the course of two weeks to follow up, left messages, and he didn't even pick up the phone or return my calls until the fourth time, after I had tried to reach him for two weeks
It's now been almost four weeks and nothingSteve promised us our money back and said he would call back in a few hours after speaking with management, but it's been hours and still no follow up
This is a severe delinquency on their part, and they deserve to have their license revokedThis is not "they came and did not have success controlling the pests", but rather that they simply did not perform the services I paid for, and when I tried to follow up, would not return my callsI had really hoped to have a good experience with them and Steve seems like a nice guy, but he is / they are responsive when he's trying to get your business and then fails to answer calls or texts for weeks, and the team has just disappeared

I would not recommend Truly Nolen in Phoenix, AZ I was having issues outside with spiders and ants I was told that the technicians would remove all evidence of spider webs in addition to treating for ants and spiders Two different times I came home after a service to find my patio furniture still covered in webs and anthills that were still active and growing two weeks later I called the first time to complain and to say I was considering canceling my service I was assured this would be taken care of September 21st service I came home again to find spiderwebs still all over my furniture--in plain view I called to cancel No problem, until the bill for my quarterly service for $dollars arrived When I called to inquire as to why I was getting billed--well it was in the contract and I canceled after they had done the service Did they really? Figured it was easier just to pay and let everyone else know to choose a different company!

I have checked the cc credit to my acct. from Truly Nolan, and they have performed as they have said in their e-mail response to you. The credit was less than I had hoped, but more than I expected from them, so we can put the matter to rest now. Thank you for your help with this matter.

I felt ripped off. My third service was done on my exterior in July after a substantial rain storm that had soaked my area of Bonita Springs. The following Monday I received a notice by mail stating I would have service the previous week. I objected to having the service without notice at the end of a soaking rain storm until dawn less than 1 hour before the outside chemical was sprayed on the wet areas. I spent over $50 dollars to personally apply granular insecticide to compensate for the poor and reckless application process employed by Truly Nolen. I received a phone call stating my next service date and had a chance to remove my rain gutters and remove my plants and furniture from the perimeter of my home. On the scheduled date the technician declined service at my home and went to an unprepared rental house I own to service 2 weeks earlier than should have been scheduled in advance of the 1 year anniversary date to lock in my contract extension for another quarter. I had told the technician that they would not have my business any longer due to their ignoring my requests of proper service and their failure to schedule service with me accurately so that I could be present to control my large dog. I called the office to restate my cancellation and they informed me I am responsible for my 2 remaining monthly payments because they have serviced until January 20th, 2016. The following Friday in October they accessed my bank account and removed funds for November and December without notice. I called Friday December 4th to request the October annual service on the interior of my house to slow down the infestation of ants but they have cancelled my service and are unable to schedule service. I advised I will seek damages through civil proceedings.

To whom it may concern:The customer that made the complaint for the account [redacted] I believe is a bit confused. When they signed up for the termite service the renewal cost was $250.00 per year. Since they signed up their renewal cost went up to $270.00 per year and has nothing to do with when...

they paid their renewal. They did pay their renewal late but we reinstated it for them with no additional cost or late fees. We never charge a late fee to reinstate a termite customer that let the bond lapse as long as it is addressed with in a year of being cancelled. The renewal price did increase to $270 this year as a price increase on the account and had nothing to do with them not paying it. Those increases are generated automatically. When I spoke to the customer I told them I was willing to bring the renewal cost back down to $260 per year for them and I am still willing to do so if that would make them happy. Again we never have charged a late fee to a customer who let their bond lapse and wants to reinstate it if it is within the year it cancelled. I am willing to turn over any past records to show we don't charge late fees for this type of circumstance. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.Thank You,[redacted]General ManagerTruly Nolen of Jacksonville###-###-#### Office

Unprofessional and disappointing. I scheduled an annual inspection and they stood me up three times. I took hours off from work 3 times, waiting at home but no one showed up in scheduled time window. The first time the technician called earlier suggesting that we delay the inspection due to weather. On the phone we agreed to reschedule for next week same day. The day came, he did not show. I called the company and realized that there is no appointment record on their system so we rescheduled. The day came again, and the technician called an hour into our two-hour scheduled window saying that he is an hour behind. So he can be here as early as the end of the scheduled window. We rescheduled again because I need to get back to work. Today is the third scheduled day and no one showed up. I called the company and learned that there, again, is no appointment schedule with me today. I was so upset and was told that the manager will contact me. No one has contacted me yet.

I have been using Truley Nolan Pest Control since we bought our house three years ago. They have been great to come take care of ant hills between quarterly visits when necessary. I have three young children and love that they use safe products for my children while still taking care of the bugs. They are easy to contact. Easy to use web site and friendly technicians who come out to take care of the house. Quite a few houses in out neighborhood use this company.

I am writing today to complain of the dreadful service I have received from Truly Nolen not just on my unit but also in the other 3 under my contract. Their lack of dedication, being late or no show to the appointments. Once calls are placed looking for an explanation on why the no shows, no one ever knows, the appointment doesn't show in the schedule. The times they actually show up, they arrive without the necessary tools to take care of the issues (as in tall enough lathers). Who does that? and how is that this people are still on business? Their ways are far from being effective. 1st you call, an make an appointment (which again, they will be late or no show at all) but that 1st visit is to determine if the property indeed needs to be treated. IF YOU SEE TERMITES it needs to be treated. So, now you have to make a 2nd appointment (which again, they will be late or no show at all) to treat the property but guess what? no lather once again. It is a waste of time and money, not just the money you invested for a service that in a 1 year contract I might not even get to see but - I have to take the day off to be there, for them not just disregard the appointment. Sometimes they do call at the time of appointment to let me know they don't have anyone to show up. Ridiculous
