I am rejecting this response because:
I made a complaint around 28th march. But because the business sent a message "full refund will be given" I considered the matter closed. However I can see that the refund was never given and the complaint was not re opened. I sent a message on April 5th asking why the complaint had not been,re opened but was told it takes 20 days. Obviously this is now more like 40 days and still no further correspondence and the complaint still hasn't been reopened. I have been left with no option but to report this to paypal as. Fraudulent. shipped.  You never said it was out of stock.  I had to make a paypal claim to get my money back.  You lied to me.  I have no wish to ever do business with your company again.

I am rejecting this response because: This is a temporary reject until the refund actually shows up on my credit card.  Pay Pal says it may take up to 30 days for credit to show up on my credit card.  Called Master Card and they have not received  credit as yet and told me that if it did not get to them in 15 days it would not go on card as credit...... Therefore I will keep this complaint open until credit is actually received.      The reason I am a "Doubting Thomas"  is that Truely  Texas never informed me that the sign was not available from supplier to them over a 5 week period plus.  Only when your Revdex.com area did contact them (Truely Texas) did they respond.  Even after the phone call and email to them....   I am very suspicious of this internet company.  If the credit shows up I will be contented but not happy with their A rating.
