Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/05/12) */ Hello, As previously stated to the buyer: We are incredibly sorry for the erroneous listing The buyer is correct there was a mistake when researching the purchased item for listing purposes The listing stated this item was a Nepresso Espresso Maker with Aeroccino Plus Milk Frother The item was in fact a Nepresso Espresso Maker WITHOUT Aeroccino Plus Milk Frother It isn't that we sent the order missing a part but that the model numbers listed were incorrect and this model does not come with the part This purchase was completed on Ebay.com Per Ebay guidelines, if an item is other than described the buyer may return the item for a full refund within days from the date of receipt I have profusely apologized to the buyer and offered more than once to accept their return The buyer is only willing to accept a refund or an additional item sent to them This is outside of Ebay guidelines and outside what I can offer as a reasonable solution While I am incredibly sorry for the buyer's experience, I am completely justified in the resolution I have offered the buyer The resolution is just and within Ebay Top Rated Seller Guidelines but the buyer is unsatisfied This is unfortunate but out of my control Thank you for your time in reading this matter
