I have used Truman Refuse services almost years, for weekly home trash pick upThe have always been extremely professional, helpful and punctual for weekly pick ups, even during inclement weather or holiday weeks I highly recommend this company and would give them an A+ rating!

I was shocked to see a bad review for Truman I've used their services for many years (over 20!) and have never, ever been dissatisfied with them On the very rare occasion our pickup was missed, one phone call had them back out immediately to take care of it The workers for our route are courteous and efficient I've been offered a little better price for waste pickup by other businesses, but I think Truman is worth every dollar and I won't change

worked here for over a year so no point of reference.On occasion we get customers who choose not to pay us after services have been rendered for various reasons and this sometimes can cause  points of contention for both parties.We are  willing to resolve issue and move forward.  The acct has been closed out and no more invoices will be sent . Zero balance.

Review: I originally contacted Truman Refuse at the end of May 2014 to cancel my service, as I wanted to change to a company that was less costly. I left no less than 20 messages asking for someone to contact me. As a last resort, I taped a note to my trashcan saying I no longer required Truman Refuse's services. My trashcan was taken on that day. That same day someone from the company called me and apologized for not returning my calls, stating there was something wrong with their fax/telephone line. At that point I asked to be reimbursed for the the remainder of the month. The man I spoke to said a check would be sent to me for the amount of $30. This conversation was held the week of June 2, and I have yet to receive my reimbursement. Once again, I left no less than 10 messages, and finally, on 6/24, I left a message saying that if I did not hear back from the company within 24 hours, I would be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the $30 owed to me and I think it would benefit the company to improve their customer service. On a side note, the garbage men who came to my house each week were wonderful. They were friendly to both my children and me.

Review: I have attempted to contact this company repeatedly to cancel trash removal service to my home at [redacted], effective May 29, 2015. I left several voice messages during regular business hours, and I attempted to communicate by e-mail on May 6 and June 8. All my telephone messages and e-mail correspondence has been ignored by this company. I communicated by writing on May 19 by a note on my invoice accompanying my final payment through May 31; this check, however, was never cashed and I assume it went astray in the mail. I submitted a replacement check for service through the end of May, which was received by the company, but I continue to receive bills covering service June 1 through Aug 31. I moved from the residence May 29. I am sending a letter today to the company via both certified mail and regular first class mail requesting service be discontinued.Desired Settlement: I would like Truman Refuse to remove all charges for service June 1, 2015 onwards, and to cancel my account #[redacted].
