the appointment the homeowner expressed their concerns. The items brought up by the homeowner where written down and will be addressed on 2/3/16 and 2/4/16. Trumark Homes will follow up and confirm all items have been addressed to the homeowners satiation on 2/5/16.

[redacted] the Trumark Representative who met with us was accomodating by meeting us at our home on a Saturday. He assured us that these issues will be taken care and explained to us that even after the warranty on our home expires, they will still make things right. This gives us peace of mind going forward, knowing that if other issues arise, they will continue to stand by their product. We have appointments today and tomorrow to have the cracks/caulking repairs done and we have submitted a service ticket for our squeaky hardwood floors. I'm not sure if or how the HOA issues will be rectified, but at this point, I feel that all of the other issues are being resolved. Thank you.
