On September 7,I purchased couch (979.00) and a recliner (699.00)I had an issue with the reclinerCould not figure it outWhen vacuuming I found a broken spring underneath the reclinerWhen I found the spring and my bill (which is paid off) I took it to Gustafsons on Riverside Blvd on February 4,2018.They told me it would take weeks to get a replacement springII love the furniture setAnd just recently purchased a matching tableI have had super service until nowI returned to the Riverside store April 4, to find out why I haven't received a phone call from them about the part or an appointment with there repair service I was told they called meI could have missed the phone callThey still do not have the part (spring)I still cannot use this reclinerI was told the employee handling my case had surgery and her replacement was overwhelmedAnother month has gone by still no phone call (update ?) No even an apologize about not having to use the recliner for

I typically don't write reviews, however with the situation given and all the wasted time I spent driving back and forth from this store it was time for a honest reviewI'll start by saying I will never be doing business with Gustafsons ever againAugust 3rd I arrived to possibly purchase a mattress along with a bed boardMy family has done business with this Company before so I decided to bring them along with on my big purchaseMy sales representative was Mark *** which I had faith in and trust inI looked around the store and found the things I liked that I would potentially invest my money in (overpriced)I felt pushed, rushed, and like my money was going to get sucked outta my wallet so I decided to waitAugust 4th I came back in, I picked out a bed board that my mother and I really liked, Mark helped us out and set up the orderI asked him if I was able to get JUST the head board and he said no, I can't, it has to come with the footboard as wellI replied, "no problem, I'll make it work"He then tells me that it's not in stock but he can order it from the other location and it will take a few days to get hereI replied, " okay, no problem" so I continued with the translationAugust 10th I'm ready to pick up my order, I pay the rest of the amount due before pickup, I drive around the building to door 1, I look at the bed boardit's the wrong orderMark messed up on his end, causing me to be late for workLuckily I had a better experience with Josh in the warehouse, he said he will take care of it and had a positive attitudeTurns out they had the bed board in stock to begin with, not only did they have it in stock, but I had the option to only buy the headboard (which I wanted in the first place but I was told I couldn't)I could have picked up my bed board the same day I bought it on August 4th, At that point I was upset I wasted so much time and it was my 4th trip to the storeAugust 11th, 5th trip to the store in a weekI will be returning my product, I found the same headboard at *** and it was WAY cheaperI hope that my review informs you to stay away

I recently purchased a mattress and box spring from Gusrafson'sI was drawn to them because of their proximity to my home, and their TV commercial, which says, "Buy your mattress today; sleep on it tonight!"
When I bought my mattress there, I waited DAYS to get it! In addition, I had to wait WEEKS for the box spring!! The salesman, Ryan, didn't even mention that there were different heights of box springs (I found out I liked the lower, non-standard size)I found that when I was in the store a few days after my original visit: I overheard a different salesman telling another customer about the different sizes, AND showing them to that customer!
