that we charge excessive fees and also mentions that we waived some feesPlease understand that we do everything we can to make a pleasant transaction so we got and exception to sweeten the dealWhat is not being told here is that these fees are paid by the builder in the $5000, not Mrs***If the fees weren’t there, the $would be reduced so there is no way she was misled or charged excessively- Mrs*** was not forced to use my servicesShe had another lender before coming to meWith my company she got the same rate and brought less to closing due to builder incentivesSeems like she is confused on what really took place- There would have been an extension to the lock because we didn’t close within days eithershe signed loan disclosures on April and we funded the loan on June 15thAgain, the builder paid this in the $as wellI will also add that she signed the lock form that stated daysThis was not hiddenWe make no money on loan extension fees so that is bogus statementthis is a true pass through and I can get this proven as well- The statements about me not calling her back or the agent or telling my staff I didn’t want to talk with her are ridiculous lies and I can get written statements if neededI have known her realtor since he started in the business in and I would never avoid anyone’s calls intentionally- I would like more input than just statements that I receive larger percentage than most lenders typically doWhat kind of statement is this and where are the facts that derive such a statement In closingI will not refund a penny to Mrs*** as they got a great deal on their homeCharles *** G*** Branch Manager/Residential Mortgage Loan Originator
