Review: On August 11th, 2014 I sent my [redacted] 2003 (silver) to the Trumbull Mobile Service Center for car maintenance to replace rear brakes pads and rotors. I want to use this car for my planned [redacted] trip with family started in that weekend (August 16). The service person [redacted] ('**') suggested also to replace [redacted] sensor (the indicator light is on) that is an old issue existed for years. However after replaced [redacted] sensor and reset the engine to clear code, it triggers another sensor, engine malfunction indicator (or widely known as 'checking engine lamp'), that is a much serious issue. The engine malfunction indicator lamp is never on before and only got on after the service person ** replaced [redacted] sensor and reset engine. It seems passible that [redacted] sensor which ** replaced could accidentally triggered this checking engine indicator[redacted] didn't tell me this issue when I picked up the car in August 11 evening. I found this issue and returned to ** next day, August 12. He checked thru computer and told me thru phone need to charge me on parts and labor. He didn't fix this issue when he returned my car on Friday evening. Furthermore he refused to continue working on this issue after I told him I am willing to pay part expenses after already spending $640 on replacing brakes pads/rotors and [redacted] sensor. As a result of this service, I cannot drive this car in my planned [redacted] trip. Had ** not suggest to replace [redacted] sensor (which is no a big deal), the Checking engine lamp will never on. Now effectively I don't dare to drive this car anymore as it could damage engine. Before this service, this car is perfectly working properly except [redacted] sensor.Desired Settlement: The Trumbull Mobile Service Center should commit to fix this problem that their service person ** introduced accidentally. I am willing to pay parts expenses if anything required to be replaced to address this issue. Without this issue (Engine malfunction indicator) fixed, I don't dare to drive this car anymore as it could damage engine according to [redacted] manual (page 3[redacted]
