Review: Charged me for 6.5 hours of labor for installing a part that averages 2-3 hours labor to install. Company could not order part due to bad credit with distributor. I ordered the part myself and delivered the part to the company for installation. When I went to pick up my jet ski, I had to wait for over an hour for the owner to return so my invoice could be prepared and approved by the owner. After the owner prepared the invoice, he disappeared and the guy behind the counter said the bill was $625.00 and I said "for what"? He looked at my invoice and said "for 6.5 hours of labor"... I said that's crazy the part on average takes maybe 2 and at most maybe 3 hours to install. I asked for a detailed invoice of what the mechanic did and was told he couldn't produce one. I felt sorry for the guy and wanted to speak to the owner who had "disappeared". I left without speaking to the owner.

I have bought close to $40,000.00 worth of products and spent over $8,000.00 for service on my products at this dealership. This dealer which sells and services my products is the closest one to where I live and I've done business here for five years which is why I did not go to another dealer. I am a female and I know several mechanics who said this sounds like a charge the owner pulled out of his rump..... Any assistance you can provide will be appreciated. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Charge me for actual labor hours and refund my credit card for what I was overcharged. Two to three hours is reasonable....
