[Trumbull Mountain has only made a partial refund over a month after they received my returned item, which they themselves asked me to send back for a full refund. I am still owed over $2000.00, and tomorrow (10/23) it will be SIX weeks since they have been in acknowledged receipt of said item. I will only consider this matter resolved when the full amount has been refunded to my credit card. I do appreciate Revdex.com's help in this difficult situation.]

I believe I stated $500 per week, or at least that was my intent

Attached please find1) a copy of the check sent Sept 92) a copy of my  sent e-mail to [redacted] on Sept 9 with USPS certified tracking #3) a print out of the current status of the USPS certified mail piece indicating a mail date of sept 94) the original USPS certified receipt dated sept 9Regards...

He was supposed to send 3 more checks weekly on subsequent Mondays to pay off the balance.He should have sent a check on 9/25 & 10/2 in the amount of $500 each, and a final check on 10/9 for $498.None of the these checks have been received, so there is a remaining balance of $1498 still owed

[redacted].. I have not received a check from Trumball Mountain. They claim the check was picked up by the [redacted] on 9/20.  As of 9/29 I have NOT received a check from them.

$55/week is not an acceptable timeframe to pay the amount owed.  Especially since [redacted] has said in the past he's mailing a check and then never does.  If he truly posted a check on Monday I would have gotten it today.  And also because this has been going on for over 1.5 years.  I'd rather not drag this out for another year.  I accept credit cards if [redacted] agree's to pay this way.

I have had numerous contacts with the consumer, and do indeed owe them this payment. The payment will be made in full by 10/08/16 with a 1% per month interest fee added. Regards [redacted]

I responded to the customer directly via e-mail, and made the first partial refund of $2000 on 10/13/2017 to her Credit card, and informed her of it on that date
