I have attached my reply letter and why I will not accept the response made by the businessI am unable to attach more than filesIf you need additional proof, for example the text messages of admitting to rushing the job, or admitting to already having the car detailed and scratches removed please feel free to contact meI had to attach my refusal letter as it was more than room given on here, but TMC admits to not completing the job, alarm remote was given with keys, and alarm was armed upon leaving the car to Martin owner of TMCAlarm was tampered without consent and was professional installed in 2012, receipt attached and upgrade of PCM in June with no problems foundThe car is now being submitted to insurance as an insurance claim against TMC
I Alejandra took my *** *** to Martin T*** @ T*** Motor Co on Feb 05, He was supposed to remove the motor for a 3rd person to rebuild the motor due to a blown head gasketMartin returned the car to us on Feb 17, it was returned with the following things that where noticed but does not include all damages but merely what was visible at that time; Check engine light on, the interior was damage/ruined, there were scratches on several different areas around and on top of the car, smell of cat urine inside, cat hair all over the back seat, grease stains all over body and interior of the car, greasy paw prints left from a cat being in car, and a screw was in my rear passenger tire which was brand new
Martin had to pick up the car on Feb 19th, with a tow truck because the car was having allot of electrical problemsHe had the car for an additional weeks with no results, after many attempts to see the progress on the car, he would avoid our callsHe kept pu
Our company has already determined a resolution regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle, the flat tire, and the splash shieldsThe customer refused to complete repairs by replacing the ECU at a discounted parts price and with no additional labor chargesIt is with expertise knowledge that the
vehicle is inoperable today due to involvement of an incorrectly installed viper alarm system and not because of an engine installation
