Having Nathan to set up our HVAC system during the remodeling of our house is probably the best decision we ever made in this processWe have an old house with baseboard heatingWe have been hesitating to decide whether to proceed with the addition of the central air condition system to power this old but spacious colonialWe are concerned that the duct will cause the loss of ceiling space, which is not very high to start with
After extensive research, we have decided that we should discuss this with experts to start withI have consulted with several friends in construction businessSurprisingly, they all point to Nathan! Two of them actually have Nathan set up the HVAC during the construction of their personal houses! Even so, I still talked with several different HVAC expertsAmongst them, Nathan impressed me the most! He is incredibly efficient in doing the assessment and showed up promptly as scheduled although he has had a very busy scheduleHe spent hours doing the precise measurement although I have not yet promised that I will hire him for the work at that timeHe actually took the initiative to talk to our general contractor to know the whole plot before he came up with the plan! None of the other candidates bothered to spend time doing soThis means that he is really into the detail in planningAfter reviewing the proposals from the different companies, we have decided to go with NathanThe decision was NOT difficult to make at that point since Nathan outlined the most detail plan and the backup strategiesI have NOT seen this in any other proposalsEveryone else just said, we will come up a plan if there are problemsObviously that is not good enough for usWe also like Nathan's plan since by his design, we do NOT loss ceiling space, which is very important to us
