Truong's Heating & Air Conditioning

Having Nathan to set up our HVAC system during the remodeling of our house is probably the best decision we ever made in this process. We have an old house with baseboard heating. We have been hesitating to decide whether to proceed with the addition of the central air condition system to power this old but spacious colonial. We are concerned that the duct will cause the loss of ceiling space, which is not very high to start with.

After extensive research, we have decided that we should discuss this with experts to start with. I have consulted with several friends in construction business. Surprisingly, they all point to Nathan! Two of them actually have Nathan set up the HVAC during the construction of their personal houses! Even so, I still talked with several different HVAC experts. Amongst them, Nathan impressed me the most! He is incredibly efficient in doing the assessment and showed up promptly as scheduled although he has had a very busy schedule. He spent hours doing the precise measurement although I have not yet promised that I will hire him for the work at that time. He actually took the initiative to talk to our general contractor to know the whole plot before he came up with the plan! None of the other candidates bothered to spend time doing so. This means that he is really into the detail in planning. After reviewing the proposals from the different companies, we have decided to go with Nathan. The decision was NOT difficult to make at that point since Nathan outlined the most detail plan and the backup strategies. I have NOT seen this in any other proposals. Everyone else just said, we will come up a plan if there are problems. Obviously that is not good enough for us. We also like Nathan's plan since by his design, we do NOT loss ceiling space, which is very important to us.

Nathan has a great team! They work very efficiently. Since he has a very detailed plan, it was carried out without any unexpected event. He actually finished the work ahead of the schedule. In addition, Nathan provided excellent post-sale services and maintenance, we are very happy with the excellent work. Thank you, Nathan! It really exceeds our expectation!
