Review: On approximately May 3, 2012, [redacted] of TruPro Realty LLC contacted me and offered "guaranteed" leads for a yearly fee of $199. I signed up with them and paid the fee they requested, and since then, I have gotten NOTHING for what I paid. No leads, I'm not even listed on their website where I should be. Someone at TruPro totally dropped the ball on this. They talk a big game, charge my credit card, and then *POOF*, they disappear! In trying to contact them back about this issue, every e-mail I send is returned (for days on end) with a message from th e-mail server saying that the recipient's e-mail box is full. The person I dealt with ([redacted]) has an e-mail address: [redacted]@trupro.com / and I have tried other e-mail addresses at the company, but get no response. I will soon register a web address of my own, something like "www[redacted]com" and put my story there - and disseminate this web address and a WARNING (NOT to do business with TruPro) through every real estate blog, message board, and real estate organization that I can post to - unless I get the refund I am entitled to. Companies need to learn that they cannot collect a fee, then provide NOTHING for that, then keep people's money.

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:

TruPro drafted an agreement, which they requested I sign (which I did), offering to refund my $199 and in exchange, I am to refrain from talking about my experience with their company, and drop my complaint with the Revdex.com. However, the eCheck payment they attempted to send me was refused due to insufficient funds in their bank account (PayPal notified me of this) and in the last half hour, some guy I've never dealt with called from TruPro SCREAMING at me - for being upset that they can't seem to abide by the agreement that THEY drafted. So, at this time, the issue is UNRESOLVED. Until they can actually scrape together $199 to refund my money as they offered to do, I am not satisfied with the outcome.
