Keep up the excellent work! Trurelief Roofing is one of the most premier competent roof repair experts in Charlotte. Their workmen performed a high quality job in figuring out the source of water leakage on the roof and fix that immediately.I really can't thank them highly enough. Strongly recommended.
Bang on to these siding installers! The vinyl siding fixation work was done by their members in a methodical way which makes me impressed a lot. Extremely professional, hardworking and responsive to my questions. Also I would love to mention that each of their members properly implemented the safety measures in this ongoing Coronavirus. Really, really appreciable.
As a long time customer of TrueRelief, I have found the owner, his project managers, and workers to be respectful and accommodating to any request I made. They were able to complete a 4000 sf,
roof in one day to include clean up and touch-ups, I also hired them to complete my second home a 3000 sf roof which again they did in a day with prompting numerous neighbor inquires as to who completed the work and requesting this company. This company I would recommend to anyone needing a roof, they are prompt, considerate, and responsive to customer requests this includes after job completion customer requests for additional clean up or concerns.

The owner *** is a liar. I say this because after waiting 5 weeks to do the job, he installed the wrong shingles even though the correct ones were in my driveway, so I now have a gray roof instead of a light brown one. His response was "just live with it". He even installed some of the shingles upside down. The list is long but I had to correct the mistakes by hiring other companies which cost me over $10,000.00. Spread the word to stay away from this ambulance chaser.

Since you have so many complaints with us I will address them in order. The reason it took 5 weeks to re-roof your roof is because we serve our customers on a first come first serve basis. You were aware of this when signing up with this. We have text message communication with us agreeing on a build day. ***, the shingle you decided to have on your roof was an Owens Corning Driftwood. Before the production began Our General Manager and the Owner of TruRelief layed the shingle out in your driveway to confirm it was the correct color. You agreed to the color in text and in person. The "just live with it" conversation never happened, you have never brought this up to any TruRelief representative. We have made several attempts to reach out to you since the production. *** none of our shingles have ever been installed upside down on your roof or any other roof we have worked on. We have pictures of the build in progress and pictures to reflect our finished work, upside down shingles are pretty easy to spot and I have never heard of any roofing company ever doing that.
To Anybody Reading this:
After completion of the work *** told our project manager if anyone from TruRelief steps foot on his property he will have them arrested for trespassing. This was a shock to us because there was no context behind it. The reason that *** wrote this review is because *** has yet to pay TruRelief anything at all for doing his roof and he threatened our project manager that if we attempted to collect money for the job completed that he would post bad reviews about us. This "review" was in retaliation to our lawyer putting a lien on his house in attempt to collect money for work that has already been completed. This was an insurance claim that we helped *** and his wife out with. We have since been in contact with the insurance company to let them know exactly what is going on. We have also documented and recorded every interaction with ***. We have photo's and documentation to support all of our claims.
I just wanted to add that at this point client got the color shingle he requested and we have not collected a dime from *** .
He threatened to leave bad reviews if we pursued any payment from him . I believe his plan was to never pay at all .
12/02/16 Contracted to replace roof shingles damaged by hail storm. 9/24/17 noticed damage to eves/fascia repaired. 3/15/18 drip edge 5/31/18 eve repairs 08/10/18 eve repairs 8/14/18 membrane carport. Further leaks noticed in attic structure and chimney. Water damage ceilings at Den and foyer. Pictures of all damage.
Repair leaks attic and chimney repay past repair costs (totals sent to MR***.)
we installled roof on homeowners house two years ago and mentioned to him about the rotten facia at time off install.
he then had some other contractor fix rotten facia and redo shingles on lower portion without first contacting trurelief of said action . The contractor of his choice over charged him for said unnecerily repairs. Mr *** then contacted us trurelief with a bill . One he did not contact us first and second the contractor they chose voided the warrenty on roof.
