I am rejecting this response because: I had expressed concern multiple times the time in which he is referring is the most recent but he's not including the multiple times before hand this vehicle is not working and undrivable I'm extremely frustrated because I put my hardworking money and trust into purchasing this vehicle and I feel as if I've been mislead and lied to I want my money back so I can go elsewhere and have a safe vehicle for myself and children

extremely hard working for our customers as the same tenacity was applied to [redacted] in her situation of needing a vehicle, as I stated referencing her warranty if [redacted] contacted us having problems with the vehicle six months later her warranty is still in effect.
