I have read Mr***'s complaint and we will send out a truck next week to reseal the drivewayUnfortunately the
longer lasting seal coat products that were used in the past have been outlawed in the state of MNThat means all companies are using the same basic material which has less wear life
If we have a difficult winter again we may very well have issues with the product holding up through the winterWe will reseal the driveway now and if he has issues in the spring we will review the seal coatIf it is wear and tear or winter plow damage etcwe will not seal the driveway again
We will call ahead before doing the driveway next week

Mr*** really has jumped the gunWe have not sealed very much at all this spring due to cold and wet weatherSo it was not a case of not servicing the account as much as not having the weather to
service the accountThere was some dispute as to the center of the lot being bare of sealant but the parking stalls still being sealedThis can indicate plow damage as much as moisture damage
Regardless of the cause of the damage our VP of operations *** had spoke to *** days prior to us receiving this complaint and *** had already told him we would come out and take care of the parking pad
I will also point out that we did not receive a signed contract to do the work last year until August 2nd which is at the eight of our busiest time of the summerThis means that with only so many weekends available we got to them as quickly as we could
We will take care of this lot as soon as possible it should be done by the end of the month
TruSeal America, was not contracted to do the chip seal work on site. We did not do the work on site. We have attached our 2015 invoices to this community for the work we did. The Chip seal would have been over 9000 more. I have contacted the property management company about...
this problem and will continue to work through this as needed. As we first heard of this issue four days ago. We ask that the complaint be removed from our Company.
