We feel that Ms. [redacted] was fully aware of the workings of the program, and we also feel that Cornerstone upheld its end of the agreement. Ms. [redacted] signed up after a meeting with a representative and after having her program reviewed by an attorney working for the firm in N. Carolina.That being said, Ms. [redacted] was only in the program a short time and we agree that she did not receive the full benefit of the program. Once again I'm writing this letter out of once again disappointment from Cornerstone Legal. In the month of June I filed a complaint against this firm in which I did get an immediate response, and a written agreement from the representing attorney, Mr. [redacted] was emailed to me for a total refund of the monies I had paid this firm during the time I was supposedly being represented by them to handle my debt problem (to no avail). As of this day Aug 25, 2016 I have not received this refund. Mr. [redacted] have been in contact by email and I've responded to them in which he continuously lead me to believe the refund is still pending but its been almost 60 days are since the agreement. Yet another disappointment from this group and that monies is much needed after the damage this group caused my credit. Once again thank you. Mrs. [redacted]
