I give Trust Auto Repair a 5 Star rating. A very clean and professional atmosphere you will not find an auto repair shop with any higher standard, better work or fairest prices. Fred, the owner, has always gone the extra mile for me and all 3 of my vehicles, he has done the same for several of my friends as well. This is the only place to take your vehicle for all your repair and maintenance needs.

Review: I had a repair completed at this shop in August/September 2012. I recently received a recall notice from Ford in regards to the work I had completed by this shop back in 2012. I paid this shop over $900 to do this work and I need a receipt to submit to Ford to show I paid out of pocket for this service. I contacted the owner of the shop ([redacted]) and requested a copy of the receipt and he told me he would need to check his storage since they only provide hand written receipts. I was told copies were kept in their storage unit. After calling back 2 weeks later as requested by the owner I was told we would need to pay him $150 to get us a copy of the receipt. As a. Customer I do not understand why I would pay someone money to provide me with a receipt that should be available upon request. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and I am being punished for their business not having a proper filing system set up. I would jus like to get a copy of my receipt . I don't feel I should have to pay a business to provide me reasonable customer service. This is not an outrageous request and most businesses keep their records on the computer and receipts can be printed but this shop is not electronic and handles everything on paper (which I was not aware of) and they may feel it is an inconvenience for them to get the receipt but as a customer I feel it is unreasonable to ask me to pay them to do their job.Desired Settlement: Provide me with a copy of my receipt.
