Trust Mortgage company had it on their web page that they are Revdex.com accredited but cant find them in your database.

Let me explain my story quickly, basically trust mortgage company has been dragging their feet now for 35 to close on houses. We now have 9 families involved. I put my house up for sale and it went under contract quickly. Our first closing date was 06/15/16. So the man I was buying the house from gave me the ok to move in on 06/13/16 so that my house would be empty for the next people. That way the moving process would flow smoothly. Well here we are July 20th and we still havent closed on these houses. I am a single mother taking care of two households now. Not just the up keep but the bills as well. I dont know what to do to get these people to do their jobs. And cant get any answers from Trust mortgage.These people are awful to work with.Desired Settlement: Please please close these house loans

Review: I did the closing on my house on June 13, 2016 and still don't have the key and no explanation of what is happening.

Around April 21, 2016, I started the process with Trust Mortgage to purchase my first house. I submitted all the required documents on a timely manner and processed the application. I paid $1,000.00 to put the contract on the house I am buying, I paid the inspection of the house and I paid $7,558.35 before the closing date. I have proof of all the transactions.

Before the closing date, Mr. Melvin B[redacted] Loan Processor from Trust Mortgage told me that there was a delay on doing the closing because the Title of the house I am buying had a lean on it, but weeks later he called me to let me know that everything was clear with the Title and that we were good to go with the closing on June 13, 2016.

The day of the closing I was very excited about purchasing my first house, my Realtor Patricia S[redacted] was there with me at the closing as well. I do not understand why I can not get into the house I already bought. There has been no communication from Trust Mortgage about what is happening. Apparently, Roberto J[redacted] the [redacted] of Trust Mortgage told my Realtor that there were some forms that were signed incorrectly at closing, but nothing else. I am frustrated with how this company does business.

Please I need someone to help me to get an answer. I am worried that I will not get my house.

I have the copies of all the documents I signed at closing and copy of the last check I gave at closing.
