In response to a complaint filed against our company by *** *** I would like to respond with the following comments.We are a Licensed Real Estate School offering the Massachusetts Sales and Brokers course required to obtain the Massachusetts Sales Person or Brokers Real Estate License
1. Mr*** had contracted through Goupon at a promotional rate to take the hour Real Estate course offered by our Company.2. The Course requires the purchase of the Massachusetts Real Estate Principals and practices book from our company at the cost of $150.00. The amount of the book is clearly stated in the advertisement with Groupon and on our website3. Mr*** contacted our office to register for the class and refused to purchase the book. We told him that the book is required as the course refers to chapters of the book and is needed to study and past the licensing exam4. Mr*** continued to call our office and yelled at both the administrator and *** *** the Owner of the businessAfter several harassing and threatening calls it got to the point that the office administrator was afraid for her safety and The Owner filed a complaint with the *** Police Department5. Our company has not charged MR*** for the Real Estate course or the book so his complaint and requests for a refund is unwarranted6.
