complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We have not received the shower chair a rep from the company has not called us in regards to this issue. I separate issue with a power wheel chair was resolved. But we are still having to use a broken shower chair because of the substandard service this company provides. In order for this issue to be resolved I need a wheelchair for my husband.

Review: In September of 2014 I peovided trust care with a prescription for a shower chair. I selected the chair I wanted. I called and left multiple emails for rep Rob who had initially assisted me.my calls were never returned I left a message for the manager and asked that he not [redacted] call me. [redacted] called me instead of the office manager and left a voicemail. I returned the call and never received another call back. December 1 I canceled my heLth insurance through my wife's work due to premium increases. At that point trust care had never even preauthorized the chair with anthem. I am now forced to use a broken shower chair and will have to pay out of pocket since Medicare does not cover it.Desired Settlement: I would like trust care to get me the shower chair I reqeusted for the cost of what it would have been when I had anthem health insurance.
