I just wanted to write this, I normally never leave responses positve or negativeso here is my experience with this companyI was called by them, and at first hesitant to give any information, as we all know its hard to trust anyone now a daysSo I decided to give it a try and proceded with their processThey were able to reduce my loans down to $26.00/month the representative *** who helped me through the process was very knowledgableThey offer a gaurentee of my money back, so I was willing to give them a go, and was not disappointed with the outcomeIts truley nice to see there are still good companies out there that do provide what they say they willAnd since they offered me a referal benifit I will be sending over some of my friends, hopefully they can helpThanks guys keep at it

Not sure how I feel about this company. Got a call from a Lady who was extremely rude from the get go. Wanted me to sign up for a program that I knew nothing about. When I started asking questions like company name she got very agitated and started asking me "do you want the government to pay off your loans or not" Sounded like a scam to me right away. She didn't speak well very hard to hear on the phone. After asking her to clarify what she said for the third time, because I couldn't understand, she got frustrated and hung up on me. I would not do business with this company they are just trying to consolidate your loans with them and sell them off. They don't tell you that they just tell you that they are going to pay your student loans off. Avoid.

I just received a call from a rep. "Is this _____?" He didn't even introduce himself. I had to ask where they were calling from and why. He said he was calling to place me with a program to help with my Federal Student Loans. When I told him it wasn't a good time to speak and told when it would be, he hung up on me..... This doesn't sound like the behavior of a company that is in the business "helping" me as he claimed.... Don't trust this company!
