Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This company does not honor the warranty it issuesYes, I understood his employee, ***, very wellThis company was not going to honor the warranty even though it was the same damage that had originally occurredI notice that the owner has yet to address that issue by blurring it with his misunderstanding and the fact that he sent his employee out to survey the damageI am seeking this: That the Revdex.com post my remarks so that other unsuspecting customers are not taken in by this company's "lifetime warranty"How may times do I have to repeat that the same story in order for the Revdex.com to just post this discussion? One more time...the original complaint of damage in November of was the cracks in the granite in the kitchen countersThe owner saw these cracks with his own eyes and told us the outside of the house around that area would be shorn up with a life time warrantyFast forward to September of 2016...same cracks in the same place in the same kitchenHow is this not warranty work? All I got is the run around from this companyI have the screen shots of the entire conversation as it was the same verbiage of he sent someone out and I was nice to themFacebook was the only way this man would communicate with meI never received in writing as I asked orginally in my complaint as to exactly why this is not warranty work I know that I will never get any real answer from this company or any fulfillment of the warranyI want his Revdex.com grade downgraded so that others do not suffer fraud as we have

Mr*** did hire us on property's in Mineral WellsBoth were pier and beamsWe did do a warranty call on the house located on 4th stWhen we went underneath the home had lots of standing water and we were unable to perform any workI suggested to Mr*** to let it dry and to find a way
for the water not to get under there because the problem of settling will still happenWe had to reschedule for another dateDue to bad weather which was around his next appointment I contacted him and stated that we would have to rescheduleAnd in his word he stated " If you don't come I'll shoot you"Now whether he was playing or not that is a threat to meI do not know Mr*** on a personal level for him to play in that mannerNow after that statement he made I did lead him on so I could consult with an attorneyAt this point I felt like that statement was a threat to me and I could not honor my warranty simply because I fear he would shoot meI couldn't put myself nor my workings any kind of life threating situationI have attached a copy of the text sent to me by Mr***

The joke was a joke I could have lost my temper and said what I was really thinking, but instead I was nice and made a joke. What about the previous months that you stood me up All you can say to defend yourself is point to a joke made at the end of these three minths and that's your current excuse.Do you think its acceptable to set appointments and not show and not call? For those three months was that being responsible and professional? Is that how you treat all of your customers once you have their money? Are these"business owners" the same ones you begged to post positive ratings on your web site after I left my rating?

The kidding remark IS an excuse for not showing and there were no shows no calls in the months prior to the kidding remark There is no excuse whatsoever for for even once to set an appointment and then intentially not show or having the professional courtesy to call and reschedule Instead we sit all day doing nothing And at the end of the day, they won't take your phone calls It shouldnt happen even once, let alone the times he admits to or the times it happened.Unfortunately this is like many "fly by night" foundation companies that once they have your money, they disappear and will NOT honor their warrantee It is also interesting that when I posted my negative rating on his facebook website, all of a sudden on Feb and 6, there are or positive ratings that just popped up on his site Pathetic that he had to contact his friends to post ratings on his site in order to make him look good Prior to my rating he only had or customer ratings over several years This is the kind if person we are dealing with.I look forward to the Revdex.com decision

This is again another excuse for not honoring his contract.  For three months prior to our text message he "led me along", setting at least 10 appointments to correct his work and on each time, he did not show and did not call.  On each occasion that he didn't show, I called and called to see if he was going to come and he didn't take the call.  So basically for at least 10 days, I waited all day for him to show or call and they didn't.When he wouldn't show, each time he had an excuse.  So we would set another appointment and another and another.I really don't understand this young man.  At no time have I lost my temper, though I have had more than enough reason to loose my temper.  I haven't been dis-respectful or have used any profanity.  I have only been nice and patient and would set another appointment.Regarding the text messages, I used a little humor instead of getting angry, and I made it very clear I was kidding. On the one time they did show, they only showed because after waiting 5 1/2 hours, I went to their work place, which was about a mile away to let them know, I was at the house and waiting.  Finally they showed and started to work.  After about a half hour I let him know I needed to run a short errand which took about thirty minutes.  When I returned, they were gone. I'm sure they left as soon as I left for the errand. As I said, I cant understand his problem.  I don't believe the work in question would take more than a few hours on each house.I've seen another complaint on this company and though not as serious as mine, it was the same situation.  Customer had appointment and as usual, he did not show and did not call.  It's on his web site.I value the Revdex.com and really appreciate the work you do.  It was the main reason I hired this company.  I hope my problem and complaint on this company is posted on his account with the Revdex.com, so maybe no other customers will experience what we have experienced. Thanks for your help.

Before the date of complaint, we did send someone out to take measurements of the issues Mr. [redacted] was having. [redacted] took measurements discussed the what concerns they were having and came to conclusion that the issue they are currently having was not due to the previous work. Mrs. [redacted] then...

disagreed or some sort of miscommunication between her and Mr. [redacted] because the she requested again someone go out. I sent [redacted] once again to go out but this time he would talk to Mrs. [redacted]. He did took measurements once again and the conclusion was the same. Mrs [redacted] Texted and stated she understood fully and that [redacted] explained things to her.

Mrs. [redacted],I apologize for any inconvenience.  However, when [redacted] went out we stated we would cut the hole the get access and that you were could put it back at a charge. [redacted] stated you would have someone fix it. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything you called asking if we were going to close...

the access. We did miss the first appointment but called back and you stated you had it fixed. We never had a contract to do any type of work.

At this point im very confused. I new there was issues before, we did miss an appointment but I did send someone out. [redacted] evaluated the home with Mr. [redacted]. The work we did was located on the  left side of the house and the issue she is having is in the kitchen which is located back/middle. After the appointment with Mr. [redacted],  Mrs. [redacted] wanted me to go out because she did agree. Unfortunately not every company has the owner go out, and at that time I could not go out.  So again I sent [redacted] out who is morethan qualified to evaluate the home to meet Mrs. [redacted].After the meeting with [redacted] she messaged stating that [redacted] explained everything very well and Thank you. She did realize that [redacted] was the one I sent before. Cause she stated how he didn't know what was going on. But when she meet him she was happy. It probably wasn't in till she talked to her husband when she realized it was the same person than changed her opinion.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
As I stated in the original complaint, Mr. [redacted] had made an appointment with my husband on September 11th and failed to show up or call or text with an explanation for a no show. I was only able to get Mr. [redacted] to respond to us when I posted on the company Facebook page. After a lengthy exchange on Facebook where Mr. [redacted] constantly denied that the work required was part of our warranty, he finally agreed to send the same employee out to “measure” again. Please keep in mind that the cracks in our counter top granite are the same cracks that were there in November of 2015. There’s no other sign of damage except for the cracks we had repaired after the foundation work in November of 2015 reappearing once more in September of 2016. On September 15th I was met by the business owner’s employee even though I had requested that the owner come himself. As stated in the complaint, I asked for the owner to come and view the damage and give us a reason in writing why this is not covered with the warranty. The employee pointed out that the corner of the kitchen had dropped .02 inches. This was in the same area that was supposedly fixed with the first round of foundation work. I told the employee that I understood but that it didn’t make sense that it would not be covered under the warranty. He then told me that new work would require tearing the kitchen floors out and placing pillars in the kitchen directly. That had never been discussed during the original work with the original problem of the cracked granite counter top. I was polite to the employee as he is not the owner. I never heard again from the owner until he realized I filed a complaint. Then I received a phone call for the very first time since I started this complaint process. I percieved the call as harassing. I never received in anything in writing as to the problem, why it is not covered under warranty and the solution. It appears I will have to get a second opinion from another foundation company as I cannot get an answer that makes sense to me regarding the Trusted Foundation warranty. Either the warranty should be honored or the business did not know how to fix the original problem in the first place. I want the Revdex.com to understand that this company has little to no quality customer service. After reading the April 2016 account from Mineral Wells, I realize that we made a mistake in using this business. They do not deserve the “A” rating your company has given them.  Thank you again for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]

I'm not sure who would show up after being threaten to be shoot. A gain several business owners agreed with my decision of not showing up or returning calls. All Mr. [redacted] saying is that its another excuse simply because he does not see anything wrong for what he said. He stats it was a joke, but who jokes that way with someone. I don't at all. I didn't find it funny in any kind of way. Regardless of the outcome I stand by my decision. I do not take threats lightly. Nor will I put myself and my workers in harms way after someone has threaten me.
