Paid $250 never got product and owner refused to give me refund
Have Keith the owner $250 and was told he wouldn't cash the check until I got product. He apparently cashed the check that same day and never called me about picking up or delivering my purchase. I called him more then a dozen times he will not give me a refund after I told him I'll take him to small claims court.I was robbed $250.
I want a refund ! I don't want to do ANY further Buisness with this company and owner. I understand he has done this in the past from another customer I recently spoke with.
To whom it may concern,
Trusted Natural Care it is an online toothpaste manufacture. All business is conducted thru a merchant account online via Credit Cards. We do not accept cash or checks. Every customer that goes to the website is track by their IP address the time and date. We have done it this way for the past 12 years.
If *** place an order on Trusted Natural Care we will need his order number, item ordered as in our researched there is no order under his name, address or phone number.
Each customer that orders gets three emails sent to them 1 from Trusted Natural Care, 1 from the merchant account confirming the order and 1 from our shipping department with the tracking information on all orders.
We stand by our product and we will refund his money no questions ask if he can produce proof of purchase since we can find it in our system.

They did except a check and I have the cashed check to prove it
To who it may concern,
Like we mention before Trusted Natural Care will refund the money but we need order number and since they have a cancel check we will like a copy since. Trusted Natural Care does not have any record of this transaction.
