I Tried to obtain a pardon through this company ***They *** me out of at least $and wanting another $Nobody trust this company pleaseI have to start all over again now and it has ruined my career choice because I cannot go into this field I just spent years educating for with a criminal record

I started a Claim in January 2014 with trusted pardons Service. and I had a bad feeling about the company I then asked for a refund a few days later and still to this day I have not received a refund and it has been over a year. Trusted pardons Service has no respect for their customers at all. I Strongly recommend no one uses their services. [redacted]. I will be in contact with the Revdex.com very soon to se if their able to help me to get my refund. Trusted Pardons Service has terrible and no respect for their customers at all.

i'm with a social service agency that supports people in obtaining a record suspension. an individual came to me after receiving a letter from this company, client was unclear what their next step was. stated they have tried to contact the company and after giving the company several hundreds of dollars they felt the process should be completed. again, client wasn't sure since they haven't been able to contact the company. I attempted to contact them by the only advertised method: email with a release of information consent from the client attached. I have attempted four times over four months which I believe is respectful of their workload. haven't received even an acknowledgement of my correspondence. the people I support are often marginalized and can barely support themselves, a record suspension would be monumental in getting a better job, housing, etc. however, the people I support often can't afford to pay for the services companies like trusted pardons provide so when they don't get service, responses to inquiries, etc it gives the impression of being just another company taking advantage of them. i'm in the process of contacting Provincial supports to intervene on this client's (and who knows how many others) behalf.
