Trusted Restore

Horrible experience with this contractorNot only did this project take about 4-5x as long as it should have (took over a year!), nothing was done right! We had extensive work done to our three story home by this contractor, Keith, that cost over $100,that now has to be almost completely redone due to their lack of knowledge, skill, and integrityThey rebuilt our decks on the second and third story then tiled, stuccoed, and paintedNow a little over a year; The ceiling on the first deck cratered inThe stucco is bulging out on the columns and has huge cracksThe "special" and super expensive paint used on the stairs looks like it was done years agoIts faded, chipping off, and crackingMetal flashing is rusted and has left stained streaks down the wallsWhen we contacted Keith he simply said that his "year guarantee" had expired and refused to do anything to rectify the situationWe are currently seeking legal adviceIt's disgraceful he's showing pictures of my house hereFeel free to email ([email protected]) me for more after pictures of the defects from the incompetent workI'll also be happy to discuss and provide proof as to why trusted restore should not be trusted!

Hired Mr. Keith B[redacted]/Trusted Restore as a Contractor. Mr. B[redacted] hires his Subs from Craigslist before any verification of their job capabilities much less their experience and the Subs are NOT covered by his Insurance. He not only did he grossly overcharge but included Sales Tax in his Bid/Contract even though I provided all the materials. Mr. B[redacted] insisted on a 2nd Draw before the Christmas break pleading that he needed this money to pay his Subs so that they'll have money over the Holidays - I regretfully conceded. Not only did Mr. B[redacted] NOT pay his Subs, he went on a 2 week ski vacation, bought a Corvette, terminated our contract and went to jail for "more than 4 DWIs". I was left with the additional debt of paying the Subs myself for the work performed, but the cost of completing the job entirely. As a result, Mr. B[redacted] was overpaid in excess of $7,000 for work not performed and Subs that were not paid by Mr. B[redacted].
Mr. B[redacted] was arrested AGAIN just recently for violation of Probation and his Occupational Driver's License Restrictions. Mr. B[redacted] is not only a scam artist, untrustworthy, thief, arrogant bully but apparently an extreme alcoholic. BEWARE!
