Hi [redacted] :I have included the promised response below, titled Revdex.com response to [redacted] along with other items of documentation While I certainly agree that it makes sense to try to come to a peaceful understanding to resolve conflict when it arises I am having a difficult time in this circumstance, I haven't heard one grievance based in fact This feels more like a tantrum delivered via the Revdex.com, if they come back with any type of factual complaint then please let me know.Sorry that you have been brought into this mess[redacted]

Good Morning [redacted] :In regards to the complaint from [redacted] of [redacted] ***[redacted] became a client of my company in May of this yearAt the time he had been utilizing a bookkeeping and tax preparation company based out of San Antonio that had done a really poor job for him. When we met [redacted] he had an incomplete set of books for and his return for that year needed to be amendedHe didn’t have books for or and hadn’t filed returns for either yearHis business is required to file and pay monthly sales tax reports, the previous firm had missed several deadlines and filed incorrect reports resulting in massive penalties and fines and overpayments. My team went to work immediately and created books for years and 2016, reconciled to his bank statements (which means every penny is accounted for).We amended three years worth of sales tax reports and worked with the comptrollers office to waive penalties and fees that resulted in several thousands of dollars in refunds from the comptroller back to ***.We filed his and tax returns in an accurate and timely manner. We filed his sales tax reports during the time that he was a client in an accurate and timely mannerWe began to create a set of books for 2014, as he requested, in order to amend his tax return and have all of his transactions in a QuickBooks file that he has downloadedWe helped him file complaints with the appropriate regulatory authorities against his previous bookkeeper and cpa firmThe complaint that [redacted] filed is completely absurd and not based in any factsWe have countless hours into getting him on track and in good standing with his books and filings and have done an outstanding job.The relationship with [redacted] began to take a bad turn around the September time frameI had an independent contractor who was ***’s main point of contact, she turned out to be a very troubled person and is no longer with our firmWhen it was brought to my attention that [redacted] was concerned about his interactions with her I immediately met with him and reassured him that his case would be reassigned to a competent member of our teamHe seemed to be fine until we filed his and returns, it was at that time that he became upset at the amount of taxes he owedI arranged a meeting between [redacted] and the CPA from my firm that prepared his returns to go through them and answer his questionsHe signed the returns and we filed them.It is my belief that [redacted] is frustrated about his tax bill, clearly that is not something we can do anything about. At this time, [redacted] owes my company approximately $in bookkeeping hours for the entries and three months of sales tax reportingI have had to pay employees to prepare this work, that he has downloaded from QuickBooks, without any recourse for collecting on the hoursThis figure doesn’t include countless hours that we didn’t invoice him for over the course of our relationship with him.The $3,figure that he referenced in his complaint does not match up to any of the invoices that he has paid, it is clear to me that this is just a random number. For [redacted] to call my ethics into question is laughableI have sought to develop a company where we truly help peopleI have hired and trained people to do the right thingWe have advocated for our clients, including [redacted] with the regulatory authorities that we deal with and charged them a fair price for doing so I think that illustrates good ethics. If there is anything else I can do to clear up this matter or explain further then please do not hesitate to let me knowI would like for this matter to be closed immediatelyThank youAt Your Service, [redacted] .***.***

Hi ***:I have included the promised response below, titled Revdex.com response to *** along with other items of documentation. While I certainly agree that it makes sense to try to come to a peaceful understanding to resolve conflict when it arises I am having a difficult time in this circumstance, I haven't heard one grievance based in fact. This feels more like a tantrum delivered via the Revdex.com, if they come back with any type of factual complaint then please let me know.Sorry that you have been brought into this mess.***

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:After reviewing the response from [redacted] on behalf of Trusted Tax Service I have obtained and attached several documents that I hope will prove the inconsistencies in her response.1.) I have attached a letter that was submitted by the "very troubled independent contractor" to [redacted] in regards to her resigning from Trusted Tax Services for ethical reasons. I have had to contact the independent contractor to help me with my current books. Please review the letter that she submitted to Ms. [redacted]; hopefully this will help in shedding light on the manipulative behavior that Ms. [redacted] is very well known for.2.) I have not questioned the 22 amended sales tax returns that were filed on behalf of my company [redacted] and Hardware. What I have questioned is the accuracy of my 2015 and 2016 Federal Tax Returns and the fact that I verbally expressed my concern with the information submitted by the CPA Ellen. Since terminating Trusted Tax Services as my bookkeeping and tax firm I have learned from the IRS that my returns were not filed in an accurate manner. In addition it has caused a tremendous amount of grief and stress to myself, as I am still dealing with the IRS for services I paid Trusted Tax Services for. Please see the attached emails regarding the accuracy of my filed returns. 3.) Ms. [redacted] states that I owe for Sales Tax reporting periods in which she filed "in a timely manner", I have attached the sales tax report in questions. As you can see I received a penalty for late filing due to negligent and unethical practices from Trusted Tax Services and their "team". I have already been informed by the Texas Comptrollers Office that I will more than likely be audited over the next 4 years due to the previously reports filed inaccurately by C.C. Garcia; therefore I have been advised that every reporting period needs to be filed and paid on time. The attached report dated period ending 9/30/2017 has possibly caused damage that I am not yet aware of, this late report was filed by Ms. [redacted] and her team.4.) Ms. [redacted] states in her response that I owe for 2014 bookkeeping that her team completed; however I have not received a P&L or any reconciliation reports that prove this bookkeeping has been completed. Ms. [redacted] has refused to give me the books for [redacted] and Hardware (I have had to pay another firm to re-do my 2015, 2016, and 2017 books) or any of my legal and confidential financial information. I have since learned that Ms. [redacted] allowed an "unknown" person to access my financial information without my permission. Please see the attached email from my lawyer; demanding that my company information be returned immediately to myself or a representative of my business.Since terminating Trusted Tax Services I have compiled a numerous amount of evidence from outside sources. These sources (including an ex-business partner) have confirmed that [redacted] is a very manipulative person whom has developed businesses that she does not ethically own or businesses that the Secretary of State does not recognize. Ms. [redacted] has fraudulently used the name Trusted Tax/Solomon Tax and has several pending complaints against her and her current CPA with the Texas Board of Public Accountants. As the Revdex.com I hope and pray that you will look very closely into this matter and contact the sources you have access to in order to verify the accuracy of my response. As a small business owner I personally understand the importance in positive and ethical practices. I take these allegations very serious and would not file any fraudulent or inaccurate complaint with another outside source. Trusted Tax Services and [redacted] has taken advantage of many small business owners and has learned how to manipulate and take advantage of the State of Texas.

Good Morning [redacted]:In regards to the complaint from [redacted] of [redacted]...[redacted] became a client of my company in May of this year. At the time he had been utilizing a bookkeeping and tax preparation company based out of San Antonio that had done a really poor job for him. When we met...

[redacted] he had an incomplete set of books for 2014 and his return for that year needed to be amended. He didn’t have books for 2015 or 2016 and hadn’t filed returns for either year. His business is required to file and pay monthly sales tax reports, the previous firm had missed several deadlines and filed incorrect reports resulting in massive penalties and fines and overpayments. My team went to work immediately and created books for years 2015 and 2016, reconciled to his bank statements (which means every penny is accounted for).We amended three years worth of sales tax reports and worked with the comptrollers office to waive penalties and fees that resulted in several thousands of dollars in refunds from the comptroller back to [redacted].We filed his 2015 and 2016 tax returns in an accurate and timely manner. We filed his 2017 sales tax reports during the time that he was a client in an accurate and timely manner. We began to create a set of books for 2014, as he requested, in order to amend his 2014 tax return and have all of his transactions in a QuickBooks file that he has downloaded. We helped him file complaints with the appropriate regulatory authorities against his previous bookkeeper and cpa firm. The complaint that [redacted] filed is completely absurd and not based in any facts. We have countless hours into getting him on track and in good standing with his books and filings and have done an outstanding job.The relationship with [redacted] began to take a bad turn around the September time frame. I had an independent contractor who was [redacted]’s main point of contact, she turned out to be a very troubled person and is no longer with our firm. When it was brought to my attention that [redacted] was concerned about his interactions with her I immediately met with him and reassured him that his case would be reassigned to a competent member of our team. He seemed to be fine until we filed his 2015 and 2016 returns, it was at that time that he became upset at the amount of taxes he owed. I arranged a meeting between [redacted] and the CPA from my firm that prepared his returns to go through them and answer his questions. He signed the returns and we filed them.It is my belief that [redacted] is frustrated about his tax bill, clearly that is not something we can do anything about. At this time, [redacted] owes my company approximately $2300 in bookkeeping hours for the 2014 entries and three months of sales tax reporting. I have had to pay employees to prepare this work, that he has downloaded from QuickBooks, without any recourse for collecting on the hours. This figure doesn’t include countless hours that we didn’t invoice him for over the course of our relationship with him.The $3,000 figure that he referenced in his complaint does not match up to any of the invoices that he has paid, it is clear to me that this is just a random number. For [redacted] to call my ethics into question is laughable. I have sought to develop a company where we truly help people. I have hired and trained people to do the right thing. We have advocated for our clients, including [redacted] with the regulatory authorities that we deal with and charged them a fair price for doing so.  I think that illustrates good ethics. If there is anything else I can do to clear up this matter or explain further then please do not hesitate to let me know. I would like for this matter to be closed immediately. Thank you. At Your Service,[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]
